A Study On Ethnic Inter-Embedded Community In Wulat Front Banner, Inner Mongolia

The construction of ethnic inter-embedded communities is one of the contents of ethnic work in a new era.It is an effective way to deepen ethnic communication and blend and promote ethnic unity.In this study,the ethnic community in Wulashan Town,Wulat Front Banner,Bayannur City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region was taken as an example.The literature research method and field investigation method were adopted to explore the historical process,realistic picture and influencing factors of the formation of ethnic intermingling pattern in this community.On this basis,the paper tries to put forward some useful experiences and possible paths for the construction of ethnic inter-embedded communities,so as to enrich the research in this field and provide theoretical basis for the construction of ethnic interwoven communities.In terms of the formation process of ethnic inter-embedded communities in the Front banner of Urat,after annexing to the later Jin Dynasty,the Urat began to migrate westward.In the process of migration,the Urat changed its activity area,deepened the interaction with the Qing Dynasty,and strengthened the contact and interaction with other ethnic groups through immigration,thus developing and growing,and forming a new ethnic community.On this basis,the pattern of ethnic interinfiltration in Urat Front Banner was formed,and the spatial pattern changed from inward to embedded,the economic pattern changed from self-sufficiency to complementation with other ethnic groups,and the cultural pattern also changed from single to multiple.As for the ethnic community of Wulashan town in the front banner of Urat,which is the field point of this study,its ethnic intermingling is embodied in the communication in the community space,the communication in life and the integration of psychological emotions.In the formation of the interlocking pattern of ethnic communities in Wulashan Town,the spatial structure factors such as living environment and interpersonal environment are the premise and basis of the formation of interlocking communities,the cultural factors are the bridge and bond of interlocking,and the social psychological factors play a driving role in the formation of inter-embedded communities.Based on the analysis of the formation process and influencing factors of the pattern of ethnic communities intermingling in Wulashan Town,this study summarizes the experience of the construction of ethnic communities intermingling in Wulashan Town.First,it is to promote inter-ethnic communication and integration by co-living,co-learning and co-working,and give play to the integration power of multi-dimensional space of communities.The second is to expand the inter-ethnic communication within the community,establish the inter-ethnic emotional connection,and develop the community economy to strengthen the picture of inter-ethnic interaction,deepen the source power of inter-ethnic interaction;The third is to build community ethnic unity and progress to gather people’s hearts,promote cultural prosperity with community cultural performance activities,and enhance the cohesion of community ethnic unity.Based on this,this study puts forward the construction path of ethnic interwoven communities.One is to focus on the development of community livelihood,promote the construction of community livelihood,and improve the level of community governance.The second is to deepen the community trust relationship,strengthen the community cultural identity,and then enhance the community ethnic emotion;The third is to maintain the institutional basis of ethnic unity in the community and build a common spiritual home for all ethnic groups in the community.
