A Case Study Of Yanjiang District Government Leading The Development Of Rural Tourism In Yanjiaba

General Secretary Xi Jinping said “We should seize the opportunity of the rise of rural tourism,turn resources into assets,and put the idea that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets into practice.” As a strategic emerging industry,the rural tourism industry can not only effectively drive the income of local residents,but also further reduce the urban-rural gap and promote economic development of the society,so it has become an important engine for rural revitalization.Under the background of rural revitalization,the orderly development of rural tourism and the healthy development of the industry cannot be separated from the strong support of the government.Promoting local governments to fulfill their duties and optimizing government behaviors have also become the driving measures for the sustainable development of rural tourism.It is of great practical significance to improve the management level of local government in the development of rural tourism and realize the coordinated development of social economy by deeply exploring and analyzing the function and role of local government in the development of rural tourism and summarizing some practical experience and enlightenment.Taking the Yanjiang District government as the research object,Yanjiang District Yanjiaba rural tourism spot is selected as a case,combined with working practice,based on the new public administration theory,policy instruments theory and government functions theory to build an analysis framework.Starting from the current situation of Yanjiaba rural tourism development,the field research method,the in-depth interview method and other methods are applied to describe and analyze the case of Yanjiang District government leading the rural tourism development of Yanjiaba.This thesis deeply analyzes the reasons for the formation of case,refining and summarizing the effects of local rural tourism development,forming universal experience for reference and application in other regions,and providing reference experience and inspiration for boosting rural revitalization and promoting the integration of industry and tourism.This thesis comprehensively analyzes the current situation of Yanjiang District government leading the development of Yanjiaba rural tourism.By building characteristic brands,improving infrastructure,and promoting the integration of industry and tourism,Yanjiang District government vigorously develops Yanjiaba rural tourism,which effectively increases the income of local villagers and improves their living environment and cultural atmosphere.In this thesis,the case of Yanjiang District government leading the development of Yanjiaba rural tourism is deeply analyzed from three aspects of government functions,policy instruments and management mechanism.Finally,it is concluded that from three aspects of promoting the optimization of government functions,optimizing policy instruments and strengthening the management mechanism,through measures such as improving infrastructure construction,exploring cultural characteristics,strengthening public participation,increasing publicity and orderly integrating funds which can orderly standardize local rural tourism with healthy development.
