Research On The Development Of Rural Women’s Quality From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made a major decision to implement the Rural Revitalization Strategy.Subsequently,it was further refined into the "five major revitalizations",namely the revitalization of rural industries,talents,culture,ecology and organizations.Among them,"talent revitalization" is placed in a prominent position,emphasizing that "rural revitalization,the key lies in people".As an important component of rural talents,rural women play an important role in the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy and gradually become the main force in promoting rural economic and social development.During the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,the Party attaches great importance to rural work,and regards accelerating the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside as an urgent and arduous task at present.As a result,the rural economy and society have achieved rapid development,and rural women have also ushered in the most difficult task in history.In good times,they continue to receive practical training,and their overall quality has achieved great development,but there are also many unsatisfactory points,and there is still a certain gap from the strategic needs of rural revitalization.This not only hinders the realization of rural women’s new expectations for a better life,but also restricts the effectiveness of the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.It can be seen that under the background of the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,there is an urgent need to solve the problem of rural women’s quality development.With the theme of rural women’s quality development from the perspective of Rural Revitalization Strategy,this paper conducts the following research:Firstly,discuss the practical significance of rural women’s quality development from the perspective of Rural Revitalization Strategy.Rural women occupy half of the rural population,and promoting the quality development of rural women plays an irreplaceable role in the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.That is,the development of rural women’s quality will help to strengthen the rural talent team,provide intellectual support for rural economic development,innovate the rural grass-roots governance method,and create a good family and folk customs,which is conducive to the overall revitalization of rural talents and rural development.The economy is prosperous and developed,the rural governance is effective,and the construction of rural civilization is accelerated.Secondly,analyze the main current situation of rural women’s quality development from the perspective of Rural Revitalization Strategy.On the one hand,according to their vivid practice in rural economic,political,cultural,social,and ecological revitalization,we can expound their quality and style;on the other hand,based on the strategic needs of rural revitalization and the target requirements of rural talents’ comprehensive revitalization,examine the overall quality of rural women,we can summarize the problems that rural women’s ideological and political quality is not ideal,scientific and cultural quality is not optimistic,physical and psychological quality is alarming and so on.Thirdly,analyze the restrictive factors of rural women’s quality development from the perspective of Rural Revitalization Strategy.According to the goals and requirements of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,based on the Marxist theory of human comprehensive development,the Marxist women’s theory,economics,sociology and other disciplines,the main factors restricting the development of rural women’s quality are analyzed.Mainly including: rural women’s weak awareness of the "Four-Self",weak endogenous motivation for quality improvement and other subjective factors;low level of rural economic and cultural development,insufficient care services from township women’s federations,insufficient local government education and training,and inadequate basic public service systems and other objective factors.Fourthly,propose the main countermeasures for the development of rural women’s quality from the perspective of Rural Revitalization Strategy.Based on the Marxist women’s theory,the knowledge of economics,management,sociology and other related disciplines,and according to the strategic needs of rural revitalization,it is believed to strengthen the education of rural women’s "four-self" awareness,develop rural economy and culture,and strengthen the care services of township women’s federations,increase local government education and training assistance,and improve the basic public service system in rural areas,etc,which conducive to the development of rural women’s ideological and political quality,scientific and cultural quality,physical and psychological quality.
