Research On The Promoting And Improving Whole-process People’s Democracy Based On Practice Of Network Politics

The whole process of people’s democracy is China’s democracy,and it is the broadest,most authentic and most effective socialist democracy.The network is playing a more and more important role in people’s life,and cyberspace has increasingly become a new front and frontier of modern democratic politics.The practice of online politics is an important part of the whole process of people’s democracy and a new dimension of modern democratic practice.With the continuous development of the meaning of politics and the diversified expansion of interaction paradigms,the practice of online politics has constantly expanded the new development dimension of people’s democracy in the whole process from the aspects of communication mode,participation awareness,practice system,etc,Promoting and developing the whole process of people’s democracy through the practice of network politics is not only the main demand of the new era from politics to governance,but also the objective demand of the new journey to participate in environmental changes,and also the strategic requirement of the new great cause to consolidate ideology.To develop the whole process of people’s democracy must focus on comprehensively exploring an effective path to promote and improve people’s democracy in the whole process from the network dimension,based on the objective accommodation of Chinese traditional culture for the habit of democratic participation,and focusing on the improvement of governance effectiveness of people’s democratic participation methods;Focus on the technology construction and development of information technology for democratic participation space in the age of big data.The paper follows the logical structure of "relationship clarification-problem analysis-countermeasure research",based on scientific research data,adopts the research paradigm of combining theoretical analysis with empirical research,and demonstrates the research theme through three parts: the front part,the main part and the end part:The first part is the front part of the paper,which includes the first chapter,the second chapter and the third chapter of the article.It lays the foundation for the research of the paper from three aspects,namely,the reason for choosing the topic,the theoretical basis and the internal relevance.Based on the centennial development of people’s democracy and the objective needs of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way in the new era,the research of this topic provides sufficient connotation analysis and theoretical support for the continuous promotion and improvement of the broadest,most authentic and most effective people’s democracy in the whole process through Marxist democratic theory,traditional Chinese people oriented thought and western classical democratic theory.As a new dimension of modern democratic practice,the practice of network politics has ushered in a comprehensive and new development opportunity in the new era and new journey after years of development.At the same time,the high degree of correlation between the practice of network politics and the whole process of people’s democracy in terms of breadth,depth,reliability,and validity also provides a research direction for the full development of the subject.The second part is the main part of the paper,which includes the fourth chapter of the article.It conducts a branch study on the effectiveness,shortcomings and reasons of the promotion and improvement of people’s democracy in the whole process from the practice of network politics.Through questionnaires and in-depth interviews,the research group has collected a large amount of research data.In terms of research results,the party and people’s democratic practice in cyberspace has made important achievements: democratic participation continues to expand in breadth,democratic needs deepen in depth,public opinion expression is significantly enhanced in credibility,and service for the people is more effective in validity;In terms of problem exploration,we have also encountered new problems in democratic practice,which are reflected in the following aspects: rough lines of democratic expansion,incomplete interaction deepening,relatively lagging communication mechanism,and long way to go to improve the effectiveness;In terms of problem analysis,the research team believes that the above four problems are rooted in the deficiencies in four aspects: popularization,technical logic,public opinion channels,and governance effectiveness.It still needs to continue to make comprehensive and in-depth improvement from the specific practice of network politics based on the existing foundation.The third part is the conclusion of the paper,which includes the fifth chapter.Based on the research in the first two parts of the paper,this part explores how to improve from four aspects: breadth,depth,reliability,and validity.It also proposes countermeasures for the current situation where promotion and popularization need to be expanded,technical logic needs to be expanded,public opinion channels need to be explored,and governance effectiveness needs to be developed.In terms of detailed participation and interaction,the author believes that it is necessary to promote the popularization of the concept of online democracy based on the habits of the general public,build an ecosystem for the development of online democracy,and strengthen the willingness to participate in online democracy;In terms of strengthening technological construction,the author believes that information technology in the era of big data provides technological convenience for the development of people’s democracy throughout the entire process of network governance in terms of breadth.Data algorithms help eliminate blind spots in public opinion,blockchain technology helps ensure information security,and virtual technology helps promote remote democracy;In terms of optimizing the "accountability" mechanism,the author believes that we should strengthen the standardization of public opinion expression at the institutional level,enhance the comprehensive and people-friendly governance of public opinion,and deepen the circular improvement of public opinion feedback;In terms of deepening democratic governance,the author believes that the construction of a modern governance system and governance capabilities is of great significance for improving the effectiveness of democratic development.We should promote the systematization of democratic decision-making,achieve efficient decision-making implementation,promote comprehensive network governance,and continuously expand and improve the new realm of people’s democracy throughout the entire process.
