Multiple Subjets Participated In The Collaborative Governance Of Network Public Opinion In The City Of D

In today’s society,with the continuous development of Internet and digital technology,people can live more conveniently and efficiently.In the meantime,hidden dangers and risks brought by the network are also gradually exposed.Such as the rapid spread and diffusion of rumors,the promotion of improper opinions on the Internet caused various antagonisms,and the corresponding online public opinions have brought greater challenges to local governments.Due to its special geographical location and urban development,network public opinion in D County has always been high in the neighboring suburban counties,but the disposal of network public opinion,especially the difficulty of cooperation among various subjects,is still relatively prominent.So,this article from the perspective of collaborative governance,discusses the dilemma and path of online public opinion disposal in D County,which has certain practical significance.Based on the theory of collaborative governance,this paper selects SFIC model as the framework,through case analysis method,questionnaire investigation,interview method,combining the reality of my work,analyzes the present situation of network public opinion in D county,the existing problems and causes of network public opinion collaborative governance,combined with the reality of D county proposed measures and suggestions.First of all,through the analysis of the current situation and specific cases of D County,it points out some experiences,practices and achievements of D County in the disposal of online public opinions.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing the realities,through questionnaire and interview,understand D county,network public opinion of dilemma and demand based on network public opinion in D county SFIC model disposal of paper summarizes and analyzes the main problems,the governance body that D county public opinion collaborative governance exists in the single and not clear,The network public opinion governance environment of multi-subject collaborative governance has not been formed,lack of effective linkage mechanism and other problems.Finally,under the SFIC model combined with the beneficial exploration of domestic network public opinion,four suggestions are given: First,build a framework to create a symbiotic and co-governance environment;Second,the government takes the lead to coordinate the multi-subject relationship;Third,define the mechanism and standardize the collaborative governance procedures;Fourth,we should pursue a unified direction and seek the best synergy.
