In recent years,with the further development of network technology and architecture,Chinese society has entered an era of profound influence of big data.Big data in large amount of data,type,value the characteristics of low density,high speed,catalytic network public opinion,the new changes and new development,all kinds of social contradictions with the aid of network,to social media as a carrier,through may lessen,sends out,frequent outbreaks of to form massive spread malicious,endanger the health of the network environment,raises all kinds of social problems,It affects the overall development and harmonious progress of the society.Therefore,how to break through the coordination dilemma in network public opinion governance has become a new research perspective.Starting from the theoretical basis,this paper defines network public opinion,network public opinion governance and collaborative governance respectively,and realizes that network public opinion governance should not only depends on the government,but also encourage enterprises,the public,media,social organizations and other subjects to participate together.In order to find the reasonable countermeasures,this paper combines the representative and the social influence of the network public opinion management case analysis,summarizes the government account experience in practice,analysis of common problems and reasons,try to put forward a new research idea for network public opinion governance.In the concrete implementation,this paper proposes to strengthen the cooperation motivation of each subject from the level of interest satisfaction,clarify the role positioning of each subject from the level of structure,improve the collaborative governance mechanism from the level of system,and finally improve the governance effect of public opinion. |
