Research On Evaluation Of Precise Supply Level Of Community Home-based Elderly Care Service

Under the increasingly serious situation of population aging in China,the policy strongly supports the implementation of community home-based elderly care services.However,in the process of development,there is a problem of imbalance between supply and demand.The extensive supply mode ignores the needs of the elderly and is difficult to provide them with high-quality elderly care services.In this context,in order to improve the quality of elderly care services,the concept of "precision" provides a new idea for community home-based elderly care services.The idea of "precision" originated in the field of enterprise management,and has been applied and developed in the field of poverty alleviation.Now it has also been used for reference in the construction of elderly care services.At present,the research on precision elderly care service focuses on the concept and system construction,and the theme is not comprehensive and in-depth.How to evaluate the precise elderly care service system and how to measure the precise supply level need to be studied.Based on this,this paper combs the relevant theories of the precise supply of elderly care services,selects the corresponding evaluation indicators for the precise supply of community home-based elderly care services,and determines the weight through analytic hierarchy process.Therefore,taking specialization,diversification,personalization,intelligence,synergy and participation as the criterion layer,this paper constructs a target layer The evaluation index system of 6 criteria levels and 28 index levels.According to the constructed accurate supply level evaluation system of community home-based elderly care services,taking the elderly care services in Jinjiang District as an example,the data are collected through interviews and questionnaires,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to calculate the accurate supply level.The results show that the coordination and specialization of elderly care services in Jinjiang District are good,while the intelligence,diversification and personalization are poor.There are many difficulties in the precise supply of elderly care services in Jinjiang District,and the level needs to be improved: The uneven level of specialization of elderly care services leads to the low quality of precise services,the limited number of designated institutions and elderly care services can’t meet the precise quantity requirements,the lack of personalized supply of elderly care services leads to the inability to achieve the fine targeting of demand,and the low application level of precision tools caused by the digital divide of the elderly.In the future,we can start with precise identification of demand,precise technical support,precise supply of talents and precise management system,establish precise demand assessment and management mechanism,develop intelligent elderly care services,strengthen the construction of talent team in Jinjiang District and improve the supervision and feedback system of elderly care services.Therefore,based on the real needs of the elderly,precisely provide community home-based elderly care services,let the elderly enjoy high-quality and personalized elderly care life,promote the improvement of the elderly care service system and solidly promote common prosperity.
