Research On The Optimization Of Home-based Care Service Supply In X Street Community In L County

With the continuous development of the economy and society and the rapid leaps in science and technology,while my country is making rapid progress in economic development,the medical and health services are also constantly developing,and the residents’ health awareness is constantly increasing.And at the moment when our country fully liberalizes the second-child policy and wins the fight against poverty,we have already seen some measures taken by the country and the government against the aging trend of our country’s population.However,as more and more young people face the tremendous pressures of life and society,it is difficult to achieve both caring for the elderly and raising children.The number of empty nests,the elderly,and the disabled are increasing.The traditional family pension and institutional pension service models can no longer meet the high-level needs of the elderly for the quality of life in their later years.With the advent of the information age and service-oriented society,more and more elderly people have higher and higher demands for the level of elderly care services.Home-based and community-based elderly care services make up for the lack of family and institutional elderly care functions,and integrate the dual advantages of family and community elderly care,quickly becoming a realistic choice for the majority of elderly people.Based on this background,based on objective investigation reasons such as transportation convenience,this paper selects L County X Street,which is a medium-level overall economic level in the province’s L city with a medium level of economic level,as the research target,which has relatively representative significance.There is a certain reference value for most of the townships and streets in the province.Based on the research reference of literature,field questionnaires,interviews with relevant personnel and other methods,combined with the current economic development status of X Street,this paper establishes a theoretical model of community home care service quality evaluation.The aim is to deeply evaluate the current supply quality of home care services in X Street community by constructing an evaluation model,and analyze the problems existing in X Street’s supply of elderly care services.Mainly include: the supply content is out of line with service demand;the supply content and form of elderly care services are single,and the innovation is insufficient;the participation of the elderly in the elderly care service supply is insufficient and the level of professionalization of services is not high;and the participation of the main body in the elderly care services is not high,etc.problem.The main reason is that its positioning of socialized elderly care is vague,elderly service providers cannot correctly understand their role in elderly care services,and there is a lack of security system and supervision system in the supply of elderly care services.In addition,the most objective problem at the moment is the lack of long-term and effective cooperation mechanisms and communication systems between service entities,making it difficult to accurately grasp and respond to the market.This paper puts forward three feasible opinions and suggestions on the construction of the community elderly service system in X Street based on the problem-oriented:the first is to build a multi-level service content system,the second is to enhance professional service supply capabilities,and the third is to build a vigorous service supply system.
