A Study On The Precision Of Community Service Supply Under The Participation Of Multiple Subjects

As an extension of public service to the grass-roots level,community service is gradually realizing the transformation from refined governance to precise service,so as to continuously meet the needs of the residents and strengthen their sense of happiness and belonging to the community.The joint participation of multiple subjects is the future development trend of community service,which will promote the improvement of the participation system framework of community service.With the rapid development of the times,people pay more and more attention to community construction,and the demand for community services is also growing.It is urgent to explore a community service model that can meet the growing service needs of residents.The community service provided by social organizations,enterprises,volunteers and other single subjects can no longer adapt to the development of society,and it is more difficult to meet the requirements of the residents for community service.This paper focuses on exploring the issue of community service supply accuracy under the participation of multiple subjects,establishing a community service model suitable for the relocation community of Xietang Street,and further promoting the benign development of community governance.Taking the 15 relocated communities in Xietang Street of Suzhou Industrial Park as an example,based on the service-oriented government theory,collaborative governance theory and precision management theory,this paper uses the literature survey method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to study the imprecise problem of multi-agent participation in community service supply,such as difficulty in meeting residents’ needs,unbalanced supply of community service,"one-size-fits-all" supply of community service The main reasons for the imprecise supply of community services with the participation of multiple subjects are the lack of smooth expression of service demand,inaccurate identification of service demand,inaccurate decision-making of service content,and imperfect management system of service providers.I optimize the expression and identification mechanism of residents’ needs;Build accurate decision-making mechanism with accurate identification and feedback;Improve the supply pattern of multiple subjects;In order to optimize the mode and effect of multi-agent participation in the preciseness of community service supply,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in four aspects,including improving the multi-agent collaborative service capacity,hoping to provide certain reference value for the preciseness of multi-agent participation in community service supply in other similar regions.
