| Smart elderly care service is the application of modern science and technology such as Internet of things,Internet and communication technology,so that the elderly can enjoy personalized,rich and convenient elderly care services at home.It not only solves the problem of insufficient construction of elderly care institutions in China,but also changes people’s traditional elderly care thinking.The development time of intelligent elderly care in China is still short,and the construction of intelligent elderly care service system is still in its infancy,so there must be some deficiencies.Based on the understanding of the theory of government functions,social support and welfare pluralism,this paper first introduces the reform process of the elderly care service system in Zhengzhou,then analyzes the content and development effectiveness of the elderly care service system in Zhengzhou,and finds out through the questionnaire survey of the elderly and the staff of the intelligent elderly care service center,The smart elderly care service system in Zhengzhou mainly has some problems,such as imperfect infrastructure construction,unbalanced urban and rural development of smart elderly care,unbalanced supply and demand,low service quality and efficiency,low intelligent level of elderly care,lack of comprehensive and professional talents and so on.In order to further discuss how to improve the construction of smart elderly care,this paper analyzes the causes of the existing problems in detail.Through the investigation of the current situation of smart elderly care in Zhengzhou,it is found that the reasons are imperfect top-level design,unclear division of responsibilities within the government,insufficient incentive mechanism for social capital participation,shortage of smart elderly care service talents,low participation rate of all sectors of society Insufficient publicity and distribution of smart elderly care and other factors.In order to solve the shortcomings of the smart elderly care service system in Zhengzhou,the top-level design of smart elderly care service is strengthened from three aspects: management mechanism,system construction and industry standards;The government will strengthen capital investment and guide other social industries to participate in smart elderly care,build a talent team,realize multi-channel investment and activate the market atmosphere;Improve hardware construction and unified information platform construction,and integrate elderly care resources;Pay attention to publicity,improve the information technology level of the elderly,and build a team of the elderly with intelligent technology.The construction of smart elderly care service system involves government policies,social development,people’s elderly care thinking,technological development and many other aspects.It needs continuous improvement to promote the healthy development of smart elderly care service system. |
