Research On The Practice Path Of Promoting Rural Vitalization Strategy In Qinghai In The New Era

On the one hand,the proposal of the rural revitalization strategy is a directional adjustment made by the Communist Party of China to accelerate the urbanization strategy in the past 20 years.On the other hand,it is also a consolidation of the achievements of poverty alleviation,so as to prevent the risk of returning to poverty in the countryside.The report of the Party’s 20 th National Congress clearly pointed out that "comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and accelerating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas" and "the most arduous and onerous task in comprehensively building a modern socialist country still lies in the countryside".Rural revitalization is the main focus of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the new era.We will continue to give priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas,and revitalize rural industries,human resources,culture,ecology,and organization.Therefore,under the background of the new era,this paper takes the countryside of Qinghai as the research object,and expounds the background,era connotation,ideological origin and contemporary value of the rural revitalization strategy from the national level.Starting from the local practice of Qinghai rural areas,this paper analyzes the practical basis of promoting rural revitalization in Qinghai rural areas in the new era,including the achievements,the favorable conditions relied on and the significance to Qinghai.At the same time,it focuses on exploring the challenges Qinghai faces in the practice process of promoting rural revitalization.These challenges are highlighted in five aspects: the overall quality of rural industrial development is not high,the imperfect rural talent support system is the weak board of talent revitalization,the rural culture revitalization has historical and realistic difficulties,the rural ecological environment and living environment still need to be constantly improved,and the foundation and power of rural organization revitalization are insufficient.In view of the challenges of promoting rural revitalization in Qinghai province,this paper starts from the actual situation of rural areas in Qinghai Province,and makes some beneficial ways to explore.First,based on the reality to take the road of rural characteristic industry development to achieve industrial revitalization;Second,strengthen the talent team as the breakthrough of rural revitalization;Third,carry forward the advanced culture in the new era as the banner of rural culture revitalization;Fourth,give priority to ecology as the first essential of rural ecological revitalization;Fifth,adhere to the Party’s leadership to build a pattern of rural governance featuring extensive consultation,joint contribution and shared benefits.Through the exploration of these paths,it can provide some beneficial theoretical and practical research results for Qinghai in the process of promoting rural revitalization.It also provides experience for other rural areas such as Qinghai,which is a combination of plateau areas,ethnic areas and less developed areas.
