Research On The Development History And Optimization Way Of The Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference(CPPCC) Proposal

As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,it provides a new historical opportunity for the development of the CPPCC and sets forward new requirements for the CPPCC to perform its duties.The proposal of the CPPCC is accompanied by the CPPCC and plays an important role in all periods of the development of the cause of the Party and the country.It is the most direct and effective way for the CPPCC to perform its functions.This requires that the proposals must be adapted to the development of the cause of the CPPCC.Therefore,effective optimization paths for CPPCC proposals from five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction.First,the research background of the proposal of the CPPCC is expounded from the three aspects of the background of the development of the cause of
