Research On The Proposal Of CPPCC In Nanyang

The proposal is not only the most traditional,most common and most systematic guarantee form of CPPCC’s three functions: political consultation,democratic supervision and participation in politics and administration,but also the most widely used and most convenient form of CPPCC members’ participation.CPPCC proposals by the government and relevant units to adopt and implement,some even directly into the important content of government policy and planning,in a timely manner to resolve the contradictions of the development and reform of the government,promote the democratic and scientific decision-making,to promote the work of the government,in promoting the harmonious development of the society economy play positive role.Therefore,how to further improve the effectiveness of the proposal work and make a good effort to do a good job is the function and responsibility of the members of the CPPCC and the sponsors.In this paper,the proposal for the proposal,conversion and other aspects from the proposal,the combination of Nanyang city of Henan province CPPCC proposals for practical work and the relevant members of the questionnaire,analysis of proposal work problems,put forward countermeasures for Nanyang city CPPCC work characteristics,designed to further enhance the ability to work proposal.This article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.It introduces the background,the purpose and the research methods of the topic selection,and briefly summarizes the related research results in China.The second part expounds the importance of the CPPCC and the importance of participating in politics and politics,introduces the basic situation of CPPCC proposals,and makes a brief review of the development history of CPPCC.The third part of Nanyang CPPCC proposal work from organizational construction,proposals for participation in government and political affairs,ways and means of basic situation,and proposals for participation in government and political affairs,the effectiveness achieved and so on.The fourth part,based on the information collected by Nanyang CPPCC proposal and some members’ questionnaires,finds out the problems existing in the CPPCC proposals in Nanyang,and analyzes the causes of these problems.The fifth part based on the analysis of the problems,and puts forward some suggestions on improving the effectiveness of the CPPCC proposal at this stage work,including the initiative to improve the CPPCC proposal writing;improve the quality of proposals;perfect proposal service;improve the effectiveness of the proposal transformation mechanism.
