| In order to adapt to the development trend of the digital era,improve government efficiency and service quality,promote the public’s active participation in social supervision,and enhance the public’s sense of happiness and gain,China attaches great importance to the development of mobile government services.The E-government APP is not only an important focus to comprehensively promote the construction of digital government,but also an important starting point to realize the digital transformation of government and build a new pattern of smart governance.However,at the present stage,the E-government APP has some problems,such as low click downloads and negative public evaluation.Therefore,this paper studies the continuous use intention of Egovernment APP,in order to promote the public to adopt and continue to use the Egovernment APP,and better play the governance effectiveness of the E-government APP.The level of digital government construction in Zhejiang Province has been at the forefront of the country for a long time,and the launched “Zhejiang E-Government APP” is in the leading position in China in terms of user scale and the richness of scene functions.As one of the central urban areas of Hangzhou,Gongshu District has achieved good results in the construction of digital government affairs and is representative to a certain extent.This study selects the public who have been living in Gongshu District for a long time as the survey object,and studies their willingness to continue using the “Zhejiang E-Government APP”.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign scholars’ research on the continuous use intention of E-government APP,and the technology acceptance model,the information system success model and the trust theory,eight variables including perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,subjective norms,information quality,service quality,system quality,perceived trust and continuous use intention,were selected to construct the research model and put forward the corresponding hypothesis.Subsequently,data were collected through questionnaire survey,and descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity test,model fit test,path analysis,mediating effect test and hypothesis test were carried out by SPSS24.0 and AMOS26.0 statistical software.The model was revised and summarized according to the fitting index and path analysis results.The empirical results show that the information quality,service quality and system quality of the E-government APP significantly positively affect the public’s perceived ease of use of the E-government APP.The system quality and the public’s perceived trust of the E-government APP and subjective norms significantly positively affect the public’s perceived usefulness of the E-government APP.The perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of E-government APP as well as subjective norms of the public significantly positively affect the public’s continuous use intention of E-government APP.Based on the data analysis results,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from five aspects: improving the usefulness level of E-government APP,improving the usability level of E-government APP,optimizing the publicity mode of E-government APP,strengthening the credibility and technical support,and promoting the quality construction of E-government APP,in order to enhance the public’s understanding of government service,further optimize the level of E-Government APP management and digital governance. |
