| Accelerating the construction of China’s digital government has become an important starting point for optimizing government functions.Therefore,local governments such as Shanghai continue to strengthen reform and actively promote the comprehensive upgrading of digital government governance system.In this context,China’s m-Government software has proliferated in recent years,and how to strengthen and increase the people’s continuous adoption attitude towards software has also become an action guide to further increase the government’s digital efficiency governance.Even though the current research results are relatively rich,due to the lagging start in China,there is still a large mining space for the research combined with M-government software.Therefore,the relevant research on the public’s continuous attitude towards the adoption of M-government software has certain exploration value under the current social and academic background in China.This research on M-government mainly wants to understand the following topics:This study aims to answer the following research questions: how to increase the persistence of the attitude to adopt the M-government software? This thesis adopt D&M model,SOR model and context awareness theory.Taking Shanghai’s bid as the research object,this analyzes,tests the model,and explores the elements and mechanisms to increase the M-government software and Shanghai’s attitude to continue to adopt with the bid.The conclusion of this thesis research is: The first is about the elements that influence the attitude to continue to adopt,including the adopt scene,the quality of system message,the satisfaction evaluation held by the masses,and the quality of the system of the software.The second is about the mechanism of attitude to continue to adopt.That is,it integrates and verifies that the essential elements are software message quality,operation status and software technical system quality Satisfaction is the intervening element,and the attitude and behavior towards the continued adoption of software is the action path of the post element.The third factor is the basic situation of the sample.That is,the gender differences of the public have no impact on the essential elements in the action mechanism.The difference of age and education level does not influence the quality of software message,operation status and technical system quality of software in the action mechanism,but has an impact on the attitude and behavior of continued adoption of software and the satisfaction evaluation of software.According to the above research results,this thesis gives some concrete methods to solve the research problems on promoting the public’s attitude and behavior of continuing to adopt the M-government software from four layers: the dimension of software message quality,etc.These presented solutions to the problem will be give assistance to further increase the attitude to continue to adopt the M-government software and promote the management and digital governance level of China’s M-government software. |
