The Research On Social Security Management Of D City’s Public Security Bureau Under The Normalization Of Epidemic Situation

Looking at the past and present,the prevention and control of the epidemic has always been a worldwide problem,and a series of social security problems arising from the outbreak of the epidemic have always plagued people.The social security issue after the epidemic is a social reality that must attract long-term attention and enough attention from all countries and regions around the world.Research on social security management has gradually attracted the attention of many scholars in recent years.Since the outbreak of the novel coronavirus pneumonia,research on social security management has attracted worldwide attention.The Public Security Bureau,as the main backbone of the social security management work,must also undertake the main responsibility for the social security management work.Because of the special nature of the work of the Public Security Bureau,it also has the convenience and leadership of the social security management work..During the epidemic,the social security situation was complex and changeable,the contradictions among various social classes became increasingly prominent,and the social order was damaged to a certain extent.The general environment,especially during the epidemic,the social security management work plays a role.This article takes the social security management work of D city under the sudden outbreak of the new crown epidemic in December 2019 as the object,and summarizes the achievements of domestic and foreign scholars on the social security management work.The analysis of the causes of social security problems by foreign scholars is mainly divided into the following Four aspects of theory are expounded,including theoretical school,social chaos theory,social disorganization theory,and daily activity theory.Most domestic scholars are devoted to the research on the theory and causes of social security management,including research on social security issues in specific scenarios in the context of the epidemic.Combining the actual situation of D city’s social security management and its geographical features and other characteristics,under the premise of the normalization of the epidemic,this paper summarizes the responsibilities,characteristics,principles and other contents of the social security management in D city under the normalization of the epidemic.At the same time,the method of literature research,questionnaire method,and case study method was adopted to point out the social security management problems exposed by the outbreak of the new crown epidemic,including: the public security bureau of D city did not control the migrant population in place due to the epidemic,and the public security bureau of D city There are weak links in the construction of social security infrastructure in response to the epidemic,the Public Security Bureau of City D has not fully played the role of social forces in response to the epidemic,the Public Security Bureau of City D has not applied high-tech means to the epidemic,and the Public Security Bureau of City D lacks suitable solutions for the epidemic.Measures for public security management of ports and peninsula cities.The main causes of these social security management problems are: the lack of timely and efficient social security management and control by the relevant administrative departments of the D city public security bureau,the lack of professional competence of some personnel in the D city public security bureau,and the lack of relevant incentive mechanisms for the D city public security bureau.The countermeasures proposed in response to these problems mainly include: strengthening and improving the overall design of social security management construction in line with the overall environment of epidemic prevention and control,the public security bureau of D city taking new measures for public security management in peninsula cities under the normalization of the epidemic,and the public security bureau of city D strengthening its adaptation to the epidemic The construction of public security team personnel under normalization,and the Public Security Bureau of City D should build a social security prevention and control system that adapts to the normalization of the epidemic.It is hoped that it will help to solve the difficulties of social security management in D City under the normalization of the epidemic,improve the efficiency of social security management,and provide new cases for social security management research.
