A Study On The Evolution And Experience Of The Chinese Communist Party’s Thought On Urban-rural Relations Since The Founding Of New China

Coordinating urban-rural relations is an important aspect of economic and social development,and insisting on integrated urban-rural development is also an important task on the new journey of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way.After the founding of New China,the Communist Party of China led the people to combine the Marxist theory of urban-rural relations with the concrete practice of socialist construction and reform,and made valuable theoretical achievements with Chinese characteristics.With the transformation of the main social contradictions in China,it is urgent to coordinate the urban-rural relationship in order to solve the problem of unbalanced and insufficient development.This paper traces the roots of Marx’s thought on urban-rural relations to its application and influence on contemporary China’s urban-rural development,and summarizes the theoretical achievements of the Communist Party of China in exploring the combination of Marx’s thought on urban-rural relations with China’s concrete practice.It is of practical significance.Since the founding of New China,urban-rural relationship has been a task to which our Party attaches great importance.Our Party has always adhered to the Marxist idea of urban-rural relationship as its theoretical guidance,combined it with the national conditions and characteristics of the times in different historical periods,constantly combined it with practice,enriched and developed it in the virtuous interaction of theory and practice innovation,and walked out a unique road of development of urban-rural relationship in China.In this paper,the evolution of urban-rural relations thought since the founding of New China is divided into three stages: the theory of urban-rural relations in the period of socialist revolution and construction,the theory of urban-rural relations in the period of reform and opening up and socialist modernization,and the theory of urban-rural relations in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.On this basis,we combine the Marxist theory of urban-rural relations with China’s specific reality and explore the evolution of China’s urban-rural relations thought since the founding of New China,and finally summarize the valuable experience gained in this process by looking at the evolution of urban-rural relations thought since the founding of New China.Through the study,it is found that the course of the development of urban-rural relations thought since the founding of New China is both a consistent pattern and an innovation and development of Marxist urban-rural relations thought in practice on the Chinese land.By sorting out the historical development of the idea of urban-rural relationship in the three historical periods,it can be concluded that the development of urban-rural relationship in the new era should continue to adhere to the core values of adhering to the leadership of the Party,adhering to the people-oriented concept,and providing scientific theoretical guidance for the future development of urban-rural integration in China by vigorously developing productive forces,breaking down the dualistic institutional structure of urban and rural areas,and continuously improving the institutional mechanism of urban-rural development.in order to continuously promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas.
