Marx’s View Of Labor And Its Educational Value

Marx’s view of labor is a scientific world outlook and an important part of Marxist theory.Marx founded the alienated labor theory under the background of criticizing capitalist private ownership,and on this basis,he founded Marx’s labor value theory,which holds that labor not only created the world,but also created people themselves,emphasizing that labor is the inherent need of human development and the free and conscious activity of human beings.People create wealth and history through labor,and finally realize the all-round and free development of human beings.Studying and spreading Marx’s labor view based on the new era will help to mobilize and guide all Chinese sons and daughters to work hard,work honestly,and work together to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Firstly,this paper points out that the economic development in Europe has entered the capitalist stage and the strength of the proletariat ranks is the practical basis for the emergence of Marx’s labor view,and the understanding of labor by German classical philosophers,classical political economics and utopian socialists is the theoretical source of Marx’s labor view.By analyzing relevant texts,it combs out the development track of Marx’s labor view: from the historical materialism interpretation of labor and people-oriented labor view to the political economic investigation of labor value view and labor view,and then to the scientific socialist prospect of labor liberation view and labor view.Secondly,it explains the main contents of Marx’s labor view,and discusses the fundamental role of labor in the formation and development of human beings,the alienation of labor in capitalist society,the influence and role of labor in human economic life,and the position and role of labor in the future society.Through research,it is found that Marx’s labor view has the distinctive characteristics of quasi-essence,production practice,social history and people’s masses.Finally,based on the new era,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current social labor values in China,and discusses the strategies to solve the current values and the enlightenment of establishing a correct labor view under the guidance of Marx’s labor view: first,we should cultivate labor consciousness and make labor the first demand of human beings;Second,we should carry forward the spirit of hard work and form a social fashion of hard work and getting rich;Third,we should fully protect the fundamental interests of workers and make them feel happy.Fourth: carry forward the spirit of artisans and stimulate the enterprising strength of workers.
