Marx’s Thought Of Alienated Labor And Its Contemporary Enlightenment

Labor is the expression of man’s essence.However,in the capitalist society,the labor of workers has undergone profound changes,that is,alienated labor.This alienation is closely related to the capitalist mode of production and capitalist system.Grasping Marx’s theory of alienated labor and clarifying the origin and realistic basis of the theory of alienated labor are helpful to better grasp Marx’s two most important discoveries in his life,namely historical materialism and surplus value theory.At the same time,the study of Marx’s alienation of labor theory for today’s artificial intelligence technology,digital economy to bring new challenges to human society also has practical guiding significance.Based on Marx’s theory of labor alienation and relevant analysis of the text book,adopts the method of the unity of logic and history,the combination of theory and practice method,integrated research methods,comprehensively examines the root forms of expression of Marx’s theory of labor alienation,and the theoretical and practical significance in today’s social development.Structurally,this paper is divided into three parts except the introduction.First,the paper illustrates the background of Marx’s alienation of labor theory.The theory of alienated labor was put forward by Marx through the investigation of the industrial revolution of capitalist society,the early capital accumulation and the capitalist mode of production.This period is the period of rapid development of capitalism,and also the period of labor alienation is relatively obvious.At the same time,Marx was influenced by Hegel,Feuerbach and classical political economists’ thoughts on alienation,critically absorbed their views,and produced his own alienated labor theory.Secondly,the thesis analyzes the main content of Marx’s alienated labor theory.Specifically from three aspects,that is,the expression of Marx’s alienation of labor theory,the conditions and the root.Marx believed that labor is the essential attribute of human beings and is the free and conscious activity of human beings.However,under the conditions of capitalist society,especially after the emergence of division of labor and private ownership,such activities have produced alienation from the product of labor,labor process,laborer and labor itself.The root cause of the above alienation comes down to the capitalist mode of production.The mature Marx shows this through his careful examination in Das Kapital.Finally,the paper discusses the theoretical and practical enlightenment of Marx’s alienated labor theory to China’s social development.Although Marx’s theory of alienated labor came into being a hundred years ago,we are still in the era mentioned by Marx.It is of great guiding significance to correctly understand the connotation of alienated labor theory for the scientific development of artificial intelligence technology.
