Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Resolving Grassroots Conflicts And Disputes From The Perspective Of Multiple Governance

With the rapid development of China’s economy and society,the pattern of social interests is increasingly diversified,contradictions and disputes occur frequently,types increase,and the difficulty of adjustment increases,which puts forward new requirements for government departments and judicial departments.Community is an important basic unit of the city and the starting point of the construction of the mechanism for resolving social conflicts and disputes.If the contradictions are not handled properly and in a timely manner,it is likely to intensify the contradictions in life and even lead to serious consequences such as the transfer of people to punishment.An important task of grassroots social governance is to improve the ability to resolve conflicts,reduce the possibility of social risks,and thus improve residents’ happiness and sense of security.From the perspective of multiple governance,this paper adopts the method of combining field investigation and case study to discuss the current situation,existing problems and causes of resolving conflicts and disputes at the grass-roots level of G community in Y County,and puts forward solutions on this basis.The research found that with the help of its independent innovation of "four levels,six colors and four steps" contradiction and dispute resolution mode,the pressure of contradiction and dispute resolution has been alleviated to a certain extent,the legitimate rights and interests of residents have been protected to a certain extent,and a hierarchical mediation mechanism has been initially formed.However,there are still some problems of incomplete resolution of contradictions and disputes,repeated complaints of contradictions and disputes,and single effective means of resolving contradictions and disputes.The reasons are caused by residents’ lack of diversified awareness of resolving disputes,limited subject power of resolving contradictions and disputes,lack of work security of resolving contradictions and disputes,and insufficient use of modern means of resolving contradictions and disputes.On this basis,it has absorbed the excellent practice of resolving grassroots conflicts by diversifying the participants,resolving the source of contradictions and standardizing dispute mediation,and giving full play to the efficacy of people’s mediation,giving full play to the professional advantages of lawyers’ mediation,and improving the contradiction and dispute resolution system.The paper puts forward specific countermeasures and other corresponding supporting measures to improve the multilevel dispute resolution mechanism in the new era,that is,to improve the multilevel dispute resolution work system.
