Research On The Role Of Multiple Subjects In The Current Rural Grassroots Governance

Promoting the realization of the modernization of rural grassroots governance has always been the focus of academia and practice.Especially after 2017,the domestic academic research on rural grassroots governance and modernization has entered a climax.This article investigates the basic situation of rural grass-roots governance in X Town,R County,conducts in-depth research on the main problems,summarizes the causes of the problems,bases on the new situation on this basis,and proposes rural areas based on the basic situation of rural grassroots governance in China.Measures for the development of grassroots governance,and to verify the views of some scholars on rural governance before,to deepen our understanding and understanding of rural grassroots governance,in order to enrich the theoretical research of rural grassroots governance,research on rural governance issues is in line with the pursuit of China’s rural revitalization strategy Consistent,good rural governance can not only allow benign interaction between the township government and villagers’ self-government,but also create a beautiful situation for rural development.In short,research on rural grassroots governance issues has important practical significance for China’s stability and development.This article starts from the reality of rural grassroots governance in X Town,R County,and uses literature research methods,questionnaire survey methods,and interview methods to investigate the villagers and township leaders in 14 administrative villages in X Town.The results of the survey and research indicate that the development of rural governance in China is good,the self-growth of villagers ’self-governing organizations has been strengthened,and their autonomy has been strengthened.The autonomy space of the rural grassroots has been significantly expanded.However,historical factors,social factors,cultural factors,etc.will still limit the further development of rural governance,including: poor interaction between various governance subjects,frequent irregularities in governance behavior,etc.From the governance concept,there are misunderstandings,traditional political culture and The influence of the value concept and the lack of governance ability of the governance subject at the grass-roots level analyzed the causes of the above problems.In order to better promote the development of rural governance,this study proposes the countermeasures to promote the development of rural grassroots governance in China as follows: change the governance concept,improve the effectiveness of governance subjects,lead multiple co-governance and establish a modern governance supervision and evaluation system.Through these countermeasures,with a view to improving the problems of rural grassroots governance,it provides a theoretical reference for the township government to improve the level of rural grassroots governance.The innovation of this article is to analyze the interaction between various governance subjects in the context of multiple governance subjects.At the same time,the author also analyzes the problems related to grass-roots governance from the perspective of grass-roots personnel,analyzes the problems from the perspective of grass-roots officials,and based on actual work The situation better judges the key content that affects grassroots governance.
