A Study On The Practice Of People’s Democracy In The Whole Process From The Perspective Of The Two National Assemblies In The New Era

Since the 18th Party Congress,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.In this new era,the CPC has led the Chinese people to continue their arduous exploration,and on the basis of a profound summary of the laws of democratic political development,it has innovated the idea of socialist democracy and put forward the major concept of "all-process people’s democracy".In terms of democratic forms,full-process people’s democracy has realized the full coverage of the "five major forms of democracy" and the full unification of the "four phases",breaking the fragmented forms of democracy in the West and highlighting the "Chinese style" of democracy.It has transcended the Western-style monolithic democratic ideology and added fresh blood and Chinese power to the world’s democratic political development.The National People’s Congress,which convenes every year,is an important window to watch China’s development from a short distance.The "two-meeting" system is an important institutional component of the practice of full-course people’s democracy,and the depth of the practice of full-course people’s democracy is a perfect match between the two,allowing the pulse of the development of "Chinese-style democracy" to be fully felt and sensed."
