The normalization of ideal and belief education is an inevitable choice to adapt to the growth of youth groups,the eternal vitality of political parties and the prosperity of the country under the new situation.It is a new requirement for ideal and belief education in the new era.The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee proposed to "promote the normalization of ideal and belief education" and study the issue of youth ideal and belief education from the perspective of "normalization",which has become an important breakthrough for the innovative development of youth ideal and belief education under the new historical conditions.Normalization is reflected in the systematization and scientificity of youth ideal and belief education content,the regularity and daily nature of education methods,the institutionalization and standardization of education process,and the stability and persistence of education effect.Facing the long-term and systematic project of youth ideal and belief education,the Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to it.In different historical periods,combined with the stage tasks and specific realities at that time,it has taken a series of important measures,issued a series of principles and policies,and accumulated a lot of practical experience on the normalization of youth ideal and belief education.Over the past century,the party has continuously promoted the content of youth ideal and belief education to keep pace with the times,actively explored the innovative development of youth ideal and belief education practice,continuously promoted the establishment and improvement of youth ideal and belief education system and mechanism,and trained batch after batch of socialist builders and successors with firm ideals and beliefs.In the new era,the great changes that have not been seen in a century,the requirements of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the high attention of the Communist Party of China to youth ideal and belief education and the strong sense of mission and responsibility of youth in the new era provide good opportunities for the normalization of youth ideal and belief education in the new era.But it is also facing an arduous test.From the perspective of educational content,the bad ideas in the current society,especially the influence of wrong social thoughts,have seriously impacted the scientificity of the content of ideal and belief education.In terms of educational methods,the rapid development of new media technology has promoted the upgrading of educational technology and means.The development of high-tech Internet self-Media has brought many conveniences to education,but the tendency of transitional entertainment also challenges the regular and daily education of young people’s ideals and beliefs.From the perspective of system,the institutionalization and standardization of ideal and belief education need to be improved,and a series of problems such as inadequate implementation of the system and unreasonable evaluation of the system constitute an important part of the lack of normalization of ideal and belief education.From the perspective of the effect of ideal and belief education,the reason why we have always emphasized ideal and belief education,but the effect has not reached the expectation is that the evaluation of the effect of ideal and belief education is ignored in the practice of Ideological and political education,and the long-term evaluation mechanism needs to be constructed urgently.In order to continuously promote the normalization of youth ideal and belief education in the new era and achieve practical results,while the educational content should keep pace with the times and strengthen the system,the educational methods should be constantly innovated,and explore an integrated education model of multi-party cooperation,multi measures and the combination of online and offline,so as to promote the collaborative practice of the normalization of youth ideal and belief education;We should also make good use of the guarantee function of the system to improve the institutional mechanism for the normalization of ideal and belief education;For the educational effect,we should also make scientific evaluation,adhere to the combination of qualitative and quantitative,process and summary,self-evaluation of educational subject and object and social evaluation,routine evaluation and emergency evaluation,and give full play to the important role of evaluation feedback mechanism to deal with the uncertainty and instability of educational effect. |
