| Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the institutionalization of youth’s ideal and belief education has become an important issue to highlight the advantages of socialist system with Chinese characteristics,promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,and also become a major issue of ideological and political education.Under the new historical conditions,promoting the institutionalization of youth’s ideals and beliefs is of great theoretical and practical significance for enriching the institutionalization theory of ideological and political education,promoting the close integration of the theory and practice of youth’s ideals and beliefs education,promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,and cultivating new people of the times who are responsible for national rejuvenation.Institutionalization of youth’s ideal and belief education in the new era refers to the process of constructing a perfect,systematic and scientific system under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,and promoting the scientific,standardized and orderly education of ideals and beliefs.According to the viewpoint of system theory,the institutionalization of youth’s ideal and belief education in the new era presents six interrelated and interdependent manifestations : system direction,system goal,system rule,system object,system carrier and system evaluation.The institutionalization of youth ideal and belief education in the new era has made rich theoretical and practical achievements,but also faces new development demands.The main problems derived from the form of expression include the dilemma of the conflict between the unitary dominance of Marxism and pluralistic ideas and values,the dilemma of linking abstract institutional goals with concrete educational goals,the dilemma of matching institutional rules with institutional execution ability,the dilemma of coordination between institutional objects and main body’s behavior patterns,the dilemma of the combination of institutional carriers and multi-layer provision systems,and the dilemma of coupling institutional evaluation with scientific evaluation system.In view of this,in concrete practice,we should adhere to the direction of institutionalization of youth’s ideal and belief education guided by Marxism,consolidate the value goal of institutionalization of youth’s ideal and belief education in the new era,improve the institutionalized rule system of youth’s ideal and belief education in the new era,unite the efforts of various parties,construct the institutionalized provisions framework of youth’s ideal and belief education in the new era,and improve the institutionalized evaluation system of youth’s ideal and belief education in the new era. |
