Research On The Cultivation Of Young Marxists In The New Era

In the report of the 20 th Party Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping called on the youth to aspire to be good youth of the new era who have ideals,dare to take charge,can bear hardships and are willing to struggle.The cultivation of young Marxists in the new era is a major theoretical and practical issue that concerns the overall development of the Party and the country and the long-term stability of the nation and the succession of civilizations.The research on the cultivation of young Marxists in the context of the new era will help to comprehensively and thoroughly promote the strategy of strengthening the country with talents,and help contemporary youth to develop qualities and abilities that match the needs of the country and society.This paper focuses on clarifying the theoretical logic,historical logic,and practical logic of youth Marxist cultivation in the new era,and further constructs countermeasure research on youth Marxist cultivation based on the triple logic.First,it composes the definition and theoretical basis of the concepts related to the cultivation of young Marxists.Secondly,the objectives of the CPC for the cultivation of young Marxists in each period are defined as "revolutionary pioneers" in the period of the New Democratic Revolution,"three good youths" in the period of socialist revolution and construction,and "three good youths" in the period of reform and opening up and socialism.The goal of training young Marxists in each period is defined as "revolutionary pioneers" in the period of the New Democratic Revolution,"three good youths" in the period of socialist revolution and construction,"four new men" in the new period of reform and opening up and socialist modernization,and "new men of the times" in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics who will take up the important task of national rejuvenation.The main practices and historical experiences are further clarified.Again,the current situation of the training of young Marxists in the new era is analyzed in the light of the real situation,including the main achievements,external challenges and internal problems in the training process.Finally,the study of countermeasures for the cultivation of young Marxists in the new era is carried out,mainly from four aspects: basic principles,management mechanism,cultivation content and cultivation methods.
