Study On The Communist Party Of China Cultivation Young Marxists In Yan’an Period

During the Yan’an period,the Chinese nation faced a profound crisis of division and extinction.Under the guidance of Marxism,the Communist Party of China courageously moves forward towards the communist ideal and the goal of national independence and people’s liberation.The party’s talent training work also closely revolves around this task,and constantly creates revolutionary fighters to resist Japan and save the nation and pioneers of national liberation.Young Marxists are typical among them.Young Marxists are an important new force in the social development of the Party and the country,as well as the talent resources and precious wealth of the Communist Party of China for building the country,governing the country and rejuvenating the country.On the new journey towards the second centennial goal,it is of great significance to consolidate the talent cornerstone of the Party’s governance,build a theoretical system for the cultivation of young Marxism,draw experience from history,and explore the path of cultivating young Marxism in the new era.This thesis adheres to the historical materialism and the correct historical view of the Party,and uses the methods of literature research,induction and deduction,and the integration of logic and history to sort out,summarize,and refine the thoughts and practices of the Party in cultivating young Marxists during the Yan’an period from four aspects.The first is to clarify the connotation of the cultivation of young Marxists in the Yan’an period,and analyze the characteristics of young Marxists in the specific era environment.That is,young Marxists in the Yan’an period are groups of young revolutionaries who have both Marxist theoretical cultivation and firm belief in communism,have deep feelings for the party and the people,dare to struggle and are good at fighting under the leadership of the CPC.They are a historical necessity for the Party to strengthen the revolutionary team and ensure the passing on of the cause of communism under the heavy responsibility of the era of the War of Resistance against Japan and the salvation of the country.The second is to analyze the foundation and conditions for the Party to cultivate young Marxists during the Yan’an period,including the relatively stable internal environment of the base area,Marx,Engels,and Lenin’s ideas on youth talent cultivation,the summary of experience since the founding of the Party,and the attention and care of revolutionary leaders such as Mao Zedong.The third is to systematically study the principles,content,and methods of the Party’s cultivation of young Marxists during the Yan’an period,elucidating that the Party has transformed young people into Marxists through theoretical training,practical training,and organizational development.The fourth is to summarize the profound experience that the Party has always focused on the Party’s central task,adhered to long-term systematicity,combined with China’s revolutionary reality,and combined theory and practice in the process of cultivating young Marxists during the Yan’an period,providing inspiration for the cultivation of young Marxists in the new era,and providing reference for the high-quality development of the Party’s youth talent cultivation work on the new journey.
