The Study On The Cultivation Of Young Marxists In The New Era

In the history of human thought,there is no theory having such a great and profound impact on human beings as Marxism.Marxism is not only the guiding ideology of the Communist Party and the state,but a powerful ideological weapon for us to comprehend the world,grasp rules,pursue the truth and reform the world.The word ‘Youth’ is always associated with the future,therefore,whether a batch of determined young Marxists can be cultivated in the colleges concerns whether the achievement of the Communist Party and the country will be succeeded and concerns the future and destiny of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In 2017,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)and the State Council jointly issued the Medium and Long-term Youth Development Plan(2016-2025),in which the training project of young Marxist was at the top of agenda,fully embodying the attention of our party and country on this issue.Serving as the important platform and position for studying,conducting research,publicizing and propagating Marxism,colleges and universities shall investigate and probe deeply on how to cultivate the young generations for our party in the new era with new historic opportunities,and how to cultivate a batch of faithful believers,conscientious practitioner and determined defender of Marxism in order to foster adequate determined young Marxists.Centering on this problem,the viewpoint of dialectical materialism should be emphasized in the paper.Besides,the author makes full use of the methods of unifying history and logic,integrating theory with practice,text research,induction and deduction in order to answer the following five basic questions.The first is to analyze "what the young Marxists in the new era are." It is important to clarify the essential connotation of the cultivation of the young Marxists in the new era,which means the young Marxists should be those who can take the responsibility of national rejuvenation as their historical mission,who can take the practice of the socialist core values as the spiritual symbol and whose basic goal is to be a socialist builder and successor with strong faith and excellent quality.The second problem is "Why to cultivate young Marxists in the new era" and "What its historical inevitability is?" It is significant to probe into the ideological development and practical content of the Communist Party in various historical periods on the cultivation of young Marxists,and to recapitulate comprehensively the historical experience and development law of the cultivation of young Marxists since the founding of the Communist Party.The third is to analyze "What the space-time coordinates of the cultivation of young Marxists in the new era are" and "What its practical value is" This paper mainly analyzes the realistic problems and severe challenges about the cultivation of young Marxists and clarifies the historical opportunities,practical opportunities,open opportunities and developmental opportunities for the cultivation of young Marxists under the background of the new era.The fourth is to analyze the role of various elements in the process of cultivating young Marxists in the new era and how these elements work systematically." Focusing on the outstanding problems of "authentic comprehending","authentic faith",and "authentic use",the author pay more attention to the operating mechanism of the cultivation of young Marxists in the new era,which includes the mechanism of dissemination and transformation,the mechanism of educational trust and the mechanism of subjective acceptance.The fifth is to analyze "how to cultivate young Marxists scientifically in the new era" The key points are analyses of the basic principles,methods and practice mode about the cultivation of young Marxists.Besides,the scientific methods of young Marxists should be constructed in the new era.
