Theoretical And Practical Research On The Cultivation Of Young Marxists From The Perspective Of The New Generation

Young Marxists are the communicators and practitioners of Marxism in the future,the fresh force of the Party and the state,and the internal power to promote national progress and national development.As the party’s reserve army,they shoulder the historical mission of leading the social trend of thought and helping the national rejuvenation.Throughout history,Successive leaders have attached great importance to the training of young Marxists.Entering the new era,the training of young Marxists has been endowed with new era connotation and mission tasks.General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed in the report of the 19 th National Congress that "new people should be trained to shoulder the great responsibility of national rejuvenation." This is a new strategic plan for youth work made by the Communist Party of China at a new historical position,and points out the context and return path of youth work for a quite long period of time in the future.In this paper,from the Angle of view of the new era,with the cultivation of the youth Marxists as the main line,in reference to other scholars to train the youth Marxists,on the basis of literature study method,system analysis,subject crossing method and theory demonstrates the method of combining with practical attention to existing literature analysis and logical framework,the article is mainly discussed from the following five aspects.This chapter is the introduction part,mainly from four parts to the thesis topic.Firstly,the paper discusses the purpose and significance of the subject and the research,extracts the research status of domestic and foreign scholars on the training of young Marxists according to the collected data,and on this basis,sorts out the views of scholars,and sorts out my own writing ideas,and points out the innovation points of this paper.The second chapter is an overview of the cultivation of young Marxists from the perspective of the new generation.This chapter mainly studies new age and youth Marxists training related overview,first of all,the era,Marxists and youth Marxists has carried on the definition,and then to the characteristics of the new era and should have quality was analyzed,and then discusses the internal logic of the training of the new generation and young Marxists,which lays a theoretical foundation for the cultivation of young Marxists from the perspective of the new man of The Times.The third chapter is the ideological origin of the cultivation of young Marxists from the perspective of the new man of The Times.This chapter mainly studied the thoughts origin of the youth Marxists.The ideological origin provides the foundation and nutrient for the generation and perfection of young Marxist cultivation,including Marxist classical writers about the youth Marxists culture research,the Chinese communists on the ideas of the youth Marxists cultivation.The fourth chapter is the content system of the cultivation of young Marxists from the perspective of the new generation.On the basis of the above analysis,this chapter studies the content system of the cultivation of young Marxists from four aspects.Under the new era of new horizon,we should highlight the main object of training young Marxists,deepen the requirements of training young Marxists,follow the principle of training young Marxists,and innovate the model of training young Marxists.The fifth chapter is the research on the training path of young Marxists from the perspective of the new generation.On the basis of the third and fourth chapters,this chapter further gives innovative thinking on the cultivation of young Marxists from the perspective of the new generation.It mainly studies from five aspects: the foundation of belief,the pursuit of value,linkage training,individual struggle and normative platform,which provides a more comprehensive and systematic train of thought for the training of young Marxists in China.
