Research On The Government’s Role In The Construction Of Science And Technology Business Incubator In Wujin District

Innovation plays a central role in the overall situation of China’s modernisation.A technology business incubator is an important initiative to promote the construction of an innovation system.It plays an important role in attracting quality innovation resources,gathering innovative talents,promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and enhancing the quality and efficiency of the regional economy.Therefore,promoting the construction of technology business incubators has become one of the key tasks of local governments.There is no doubt that the government assumes an important role and plays an important role in technology business incubators,but how this role is played and how to enhance the government’s role in the construction of incubators has become a new issue for local governments.This thesis uses literature research,comparative analysis and other methods to analyse the actual role played by the government administration in supporting local technology business incubators by understanding the actual development and operation of technology business incubators in Wujin District,and to propose corresponding optimisation countermeasures to provide reference for county and district level governments,and to provide ideas for high-quality regional development.Based on a review of relevant domestic and international research,this thesis identifies the connotations of core concepts such as incubators and the role of government,and uses the new public services and innovation drive as the theoretical basis for the study.Under the good atmosphere of dual innovation and various government policies support,the development of science and technology business incubators in Wujin District has been steadily improving,both in quantity and quality.Of course,there are also a series of problems in the development of incubators in Wujin District,such as the lack of continuity and innovation in supporting policies,the need to integrate and enhance the science and technology service platform,and the lack of obvious role of the Science and Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Alliance.In response to these problems,some targeted suggestions and recommendations are put forward to further enhance the effectiveness of the government’s role in technology business incubators in Wujin District,namely,optimizing the strategic layout of technology incubators,improving the complete policy system of incubators,guiding the co-construction of technology service cooperation platforms,strengthening the management of different types of incubators,and continuously improving the quality of technology incubators.
