Research On Government Function In The Development Of Science And Technology Business Incubator

The development of China’s science and technology business incubator has entered a new stage,and has gradually become an industry.Our government cultivates various small and medium-sized start-ups,so as to further promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements within enterprises,and also enhance the development ability of China’s high-tech industry.To ensure that while increasing employment,it can also gather funds and talents for the development of local economy,forming a perfect industrial chain.This paper takes Wenzhou high-tech industrial zone as the research object,deeply explores some problems in the development process of Wenzhou high-tech industrial zone.Secondly,the government did not provide sufficient development opportunities for these incubators.Moreover,the government provides all kinds of fund support,in the use of the process also appeared the problem of low efficiency.Finally,when incubating enterprises are developing,the government has not carried out effective and effective supervision.To study the causes of these problems,including the development strategy formulated by the government is not clear,the macro-control is not in place,and the government has not set up a reasonable performance appraisal system,so that in the process of appraisal,many enterprises make up for the number,and the government’s market supervision function plays an improper role,leading to the late enterprise development without supervision,lack of development stamina.Finally,the reasonable solution strategy is made.While providing policy support for the development of science and technology business incubators,the government should also strengthen other aspects of service guarantee work,formulate an effective assessment system,improve the assessment system,and give play to the regulatory function to ensure the reasonable development of the whole incubator within the system.
