Study Of The Inter-ethnic Marriage In Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County

Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County is the first autonomous county established after the founding of PRC,where various ethnic groups live together.With the development of social economy,the local traditional marriage pattern and marriage concept have changed.In recent years,the phenomenon of inter-ethnic marriage has gradually increased in Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County,which has exerted a profound influence on local ethnic relations,language and customs,and ethnic identity.Based on the theory of inter-ethnic marriage,this paper takes Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County as the field survey site,and combines the literature data with the first-hand field data obtained from the survey to study the inter-ethnic marriage in Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County.The present situation and characteristics of interethnic marriage in Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County are presented,and the factors affecting inter-ethnic marriage in Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County and the influence of inter-ethnic marriage in Tianzhu are analyzed.According to the analysis of relevant statistical data,it was found that the interethnic marriage rate in Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County from 2011 to 2020 remained between 52 and 62 percent,and the inter-ethnic divorce rate remained between 22 and 34 percent.In the study,it is found that there are the following characteristics of inter-ethnic marriage in Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County: the rate of inter-ethnic marriage is on the rise;The divorce rate for inter-ethnic divorce rate is low,inter-ethnic marriage is stable;Intergenerational differences exist in inter-ethnic marriages;The way to choose a mate is mainly free love.The improvement of education level,the difference of occupation and income,the change of mate selection standard,the living pattern of "big integration",the country’s policy on ethnic minorities,the small relative size of the population and the large number of population mobility and other factors have contributed to the increase of inter-ethnic marriage in Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County.The increase in inter-ethnic marriages in Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County has had a profound impact.First of all,it promotes the harmonious relationship between local ethnic groups.Secondly,it has a positive and negative impact on the local ethnic language and cultural customs.Finally,the children of inter-ethnic marriage are mainly ethnic minorities,and the ethnic identity is complicated.
