Qinghai Province Huzhu Tu Autonomous County Of Ethnic Relations Research

The Seventeenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) presented that 'CPC should firmly grasp theme of uniting struggle and common prosperity and development of all nationality, should protect legitimate rights and interests of ethnic minorities, con-solidate and develop the socialism ethnic relationship of the equal, unity, cooperation and harmonization'. To implement the spirit of the central of CPC, the coadjutant county always adhere to the policy based on the 'equality, unity, mutual assistance, harmonization' throughout the whole process of national work. Meanwhile, the coadjutant county tries to unite all people, dissolve contradiction, straighten mood. Therefore, the devel-oping environment will be created for the all career to develop. To fully grasp the county's ethnic relations development and to collect powerful supporting materials, the author use many methods to interview deeply, to open forum and collect data in Qinghai Province Nationality Autonomous County during the middle of July to the early Aug.,2011. The author investigate the political, economic, and cultural development and social environment of the area of the Tu, Hui,Han and Tibetan nationality.And then, the author In order to fully grasp the county's ethnic rela-tions development, the first-hand materials were carefully summarized and analyzed.From the Marxs Ethnic Theory and policy perspective, the author analyzes and explores the national relations in the regional situa-tion and the existing problems, and put forward some constructive coun-termeasures, so as to promote the county and the national autonomous areas to get the benign development of national relations and constructing harmonious society.This thesis is composed of the following components:The introduc-tion, first of all, the topic significance, including the theory significance and the practical significance was presented; secondly, the overseas re-search on national relations generalize and current Chinese national rela-tions were introduced; thirdly, the paper describes the research ideas and research methods; at last, this paper introduces the innovations and diffi-culties.The first chapter, intorduced the county's natural geographical con-ditions, discusses the county current ethnic composition and demographic profiles,The historical organization system of mutual aid county was dis-cussed.The second chapter, from Marx's national theory and national policy perspective on the basic theory of national relationship are introduced,up for the nodes on the county's ethnic relations history review, aid County Ethnic Relations status are summarized.The third chapter, summarizing the current county ethnic relationship problems in the development process, putting forward to counter measure and suggestion to promote the county harmonious ethnic relations devel-opment.In conclusion, we give a summary of this paper and the trend of future development prospect and forecast of ethnic relations were presented.In a word, the ethnic relations of mutual aid county are harmonious, which is consistent with current China's ethnic relations harmonious and stable trend. The achievements are certain, however,in the long run,there are still need to be solved urgently problem during the ethnic relations development process of the mutual aid county.It is very important to promote ethnic relations development of the mutual aid county.
