Combined theory with practice, This article studies Tianzhu county in Haxi town of Gansu province with the historical and synchronic method, discusses both historical national relationship and the actuality,development of the modern national relationship. It also analyses the factors and comes out some suggestions to the building of harmonious national relationship. At its writing structure , this text summarizes the basic theory of national relationship and the study actuality of national relationship in Tianzhu county.The first chapter introduces Tianzhu's basic situation and its national relationship. Chapter two introduces national relationship of different eras. Chapter three analyses the variable factors which judge national relationship. Chapter four summarizes the ethnic relation characteristics and its development aim at the national intercourse of different aspects, points out some factors that confine the national relationship.
