Research On The Development Of Qixia Cooperatives Led By Village Party Branch

Tangyue Village,Anshun City,Guizhou Province was the first to put forward the concept of "Party branch led cooperative" in 2014.In 2016,the "Tangyue model" was introduced nationwide through the book Tangyue Road.Deeply inspired and influenced by the "Tangyue experience" and combined with the important decisions and arrangements made at the 19 th National Congress of the CPC to implement the rural revitalization strategy,in 2017,Yantai City selected 11 villages to carry out pilot projects of cooperatives led by Party branch.In 2018,the mode of developing collective economy by cooperatives led by Party branch was implemented in the whole city,and 100 villages were selected to carry out demonstration actions.As a poor county,Qixia City takes advantage of the trend and innovates the mode of cooperatives led by rural Party branch,so as to develop and expand the rural collective economy.Because of the short development time and immature practical experience,Qixia cooperatives led by village Party branch also face many problems.Through investigation and research,these problems can be found in time to avoid risks,so that the fruits of rural reform and development under the background of rural revitalization can truly benefit farmers.On the basis of studying domestic and foreign literature about cooperatives,and based on cooperative theory,farmer specialized cooperative theory and stakeholder theory,an evaluation system for the development of cooperatives led by village Party branch is constructed in this paper,which consists of 1 first-level index,3 second-level index and 17third-level index.Through field visits,questionnaires and interviews,the author selected five cooperatives of Yidianyuan fruit and vegetable,Great fruit,Guanrong Agriculture,Hanjin fruit and vegetable and Fengzhuo fruit industry as the research objects.This paper makes an empirical analysis of the development of sample cooperatives from three perspectives: organization management ability,operation ability and service ability.Firstly,SPSS software was used to conduct descriptive analysis of the questionnaire data,including frequency analysis,mean analysis and variance analysis.Secondly,the influence degree of each index on the development evaluation of cooperatives led by Party branch was demonstrated by binary Logistic regression analysis,and the reasons for the result were analyzed.Finally,factor analysis method is used to evaluate and rank the development of the selected 5 samples of cooperatives.On the basis of the empirical analysis results,the common problems existing in the development of Qixia cooperatives led by village Party branch at the present stage is summarized in this paper,and then the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:Firstly,system constructions are strengthen to standardize the management of cooperatives;Secondly,brand awareness should be established to improve product competitiveness;Thirdly,relevant departments are supposed to increase financial and policy support;The lastly,we should cultivate and introduce all kinds of talents.The above measures aim to promote the self-ability improvement of cooperatives led by Party branch,and the position of grassroots party organizations is stabilized while realizing the collective income increase of farmers and villages,so as to better realize the rural revitalization strategy.At the same time,the development countermeasures can provide reference for the construction and development of cooperatives led by Party branch in other regions to a certain extent,and provide basis for scientific decision-making of relevant departments.
