Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Cooperatives Led By Party Branches In Yantai

In recent years,the exploration of cooperatives led by the Party branch of Yantai,one of Yantai’s "Three-important" works,is being fully promoted throughout the whole city,which has theoretical and practical significance for realizing rural revitalization and helping the poor get out of poverty.After more than three years of exploration and practice,from the 11 pilot villages in 2017 to the demonstration of 100 villages in 2018,to the current 2,779 villages,the cooperatives led by the party branch have shown a development trend of full-scale prosperity and sparkling fire.And significant changes have taken place in the countryside.While the joint promotion of the whole city and the fission-style development of cooperatives led by the party branch,we should also see the problems existing in the cooperatives led by the party branch in Yantai.The single leading role and influence of the party branch,the unbalanced work promotion,and the lack of professional human resources are restricting the development of the cooperatives led by the Party branch of Yantai City,making the development space of the cooperatives limited.When investigating the causes of the problems,we notice that insufficient attention has been paid to the construction of the party branch team,insufficient experience has been accumulated by the party branch to lead the cooperative and the talent absorption and training mechanism is not sound,which lead to the poor development effect of the cooperative.In view of the above problems and the analysis of the causes,targeted solutions and suggestions for the implementation of the village Party branch leading the cooperative are put forward.It is necessary to firmly grasp the core leading role of the Party branch,optimize and improve the construction of the village party organization team;carry out industrial upgrades,form a scientific and standardized scale effect through the establishment of rules and regulations;establish high-quality reserve cadres and backbone teams,and strengthen talent training and tracking management.In the end,multiple measures should be taken to refine the mode of the Party branches leading cooperatives scientifically and normatively.In this article,author studies the problems and countermeasures of the cooperatives led by the Party branch of Yantai City,and tries to use theoretical knowledge for practical exploration to integrate advantages and finds the "key to the transformation of the cooperatives led by the Yantai Party branch from the high-speed development to high-quality development "to truly use Yantai as a model to create a "reproducible and extendable" rural revitalization road.
