Research On Existing Problems And Countermeasures Of Urban Management Law Enforcement In C City

With the increasing urbanization rate in China year by year,urban management departments across the country are faced with varying degrees of law enforcement difficulties.There is a big gap between people’s yearning for a better life and the professional quality of current urban management law enforcement personnel and the level of law enforcement work of urban management departments.In order to improve the level of urban management and law enforcement in City C,improve the law enforcement ability and comprehensive quality of urban management and law enforcement personnel,solve the problem of urban management and law enforcement in City C,enrich the research on urban management and law enforcement in small cities,and provide typical cases for improving the management and public service level of small cities,this thesis selects urban management and law enforcement in City C as the research object,and uses interview,comparative analysis and case analysis to conduct research,It is proposed that the enforcement process of urban management and law enforcement in the urban area of City C is not standardized,there are gaps in law enforcement,the centralized exercise of administrative punishment power in the field of housing and construction is not smooth,and there are outstanding law enforcement problems in cases of setting stalls without authorization.The reasons for the above problems are that the mechanisms of the law enforcement team are incomplete,the law enforcement at the municipal and district levels,the separation of management power and law enforcement power,etc.It is proposed to improve the mechanisms of the law enforcement team,eliminate the gap in law enforcement at the primary level,and integrate the law enforcement team It is suggested to recruit professional talents to improve the personnel ratio,promote the connection between management and law enforcement,give full play to the role of the Urban Management Committee,use the smart urban management platform to solve the problem of evidence collection,set up more facilitation points,improve services and transform the image to win support from the masses,etc.
