| In today’s society,with the rapid development of urbanization and the rapid increase in the number of urban population,urban management departments should ensure a good urban environment and market economic order.But in recent years,the media constantly exposed the law enforcement activities of all kinds of negative news events,mostly around the law enforcement conflict.Law enforcement work can not get public recognition,the party and the government’s credibility is also being questioned.In this paper,on the basis of existing research,combining with the current situation of Shanghai city urban management law enforcement,I obtained a large number of original data through field research,questionnaire and comb.Through the social conflict and the public interest theory,I consider the fundamental reason of the conflict of law enforcement activities in production.In the analysis of the urban management institutions,law enforcement personnel and people’s interests and contradictions,I proposed a scheme to resolve the conflicts: firstly,perfect the laws and regulations of law enforcement,rationalize the system mechanism;secondly,establish a scientific law enforcement mode;thirdly,improve the public awareness of the law and perfect the security system. |
