Only when the country is revitalized can the country be revitalized, and the revitalization of the countryside must pay attention to compulsory education in rural areas.Compulsory education is the foundation of national education, the education that every citizen needs to receive, and the most basic stage of national talent cultivation. However, the relative lack of high-quality compulsory education resources makes the distribution of high-quality compulsory education resources between urban and rural areas in some areas of China not reasonable enough, resulting in the unbalanced development of compulsory education in urban and rural areas. Therefore, the reasonable distribution of compulsory education resources between urban and rural areas in China is very much worthy of attention. This paper takes the allocation of urban and rural compulsory education resources in X district of Xinzhou city,Shanxi province as the main research problem, and investigates the allocation of urban and rural compulsory education resources in X district by using questionnaire and interview method, and finds that the government has generally increased the investment in compulsory education, injected fresh blood into rural compulsory education, and further improved the rural education infrastructure in recent years. However, there are some problems at the same time: unbalanced allocation of human resources in urban and rural compulsory education, mainly in the structure of subject teachers, the age structure of teachers and the structure of teachers’ titles;obvious disparity in the allocation of physical resources, mainly in the educational hardware and facilities;uneven distribution of financial resources, with the government investing more in urban compulsory education than in rural areas. In general, the financial, material and human resources of schools in District X are generally stronger than those of rural schools, and rural schools face certain difficulties in their development. The reasons for this are: the economic gap between urban and rural areas is more obvious, the urban economy is developing rapidly, while the rural economy is developing more slowly;there is a certain gap between urban and rural education resources investment, the return rate of rural education is low,the government tends to give priority to urban education development, and the investment in rural education is relatively small, which is not enough to promote the rapid development of rural education;the professional identity of rural teachers is not strong, the happiness index of teachers is low,and their work enthusiasm The teachers’ professional identity is not strong, their happiness index is low,and their enthusiasm for work is not high enough, and their roots in rural education are not stable.Accordingly, the following countermeasures are proposed: First, the government should play an active role in optimizing the allocation of urban and rural compulsory education resources, and the government should pay attention to rural compulsory education, and the investment of compulsory education resources should be tilted to the countryside,so as to optimize the allocation of urban compulsory education resources, let rural students enjoy better compulsory education resources, and strive to promote educational equity;second, optimize the conditions of school operation and share information resources, improve the utilization rate of resources within a certain limit, and make use of social forces.Second, optimize school conditions and share information technology resources, improve the utilization rate of resources to a certain extent, enhance school conditions with the help of social power, ride on the wind of digital campus, maximize the use of network quality educational resources, and to a certain extent make up for the gap between urban and rural educational resources;third, enhance the professional identity of rural teachers, teachers are the most core educational resources,we should care for rural teachers from the material and spiritual aspects, enhance the happiness of rural teachers,so that they can feel at ease and rooted in Third,to enhance the professional identity of rural teachers, teachers are the core educational resource. We hope that this paper will provide some reference for other regions. |
