Research On Public Governance Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Revitalization In Coal-Mining Subsidence Villages

Villages in coal mining subsidence area have advantaged and convenient conditions for development,and their inherent state of coal exploitation determines the development mode and current situation of villages in coal mining subsidence area.To discuss the public governance of villages in coal mining subsidence areas,we must take the public governance theory as the guidance,resolutely implement the sustainable development theory,practice the spatial governance theory,conduct specific research on the problems encountered in the development process of villages in coal mining subsidence areas,strengthen the guiding role of Party committees and governments,give play to the leading role of village organizations,and enhance the main body consciousness of the masses in coal mining subsidence areas.Fully mobilize the active participation of social organizations,and strive to build an effective operating mechanism for public governance of coal-mining subsidence villages.Under the background of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,Shanxi,as a large coal producing province,discusses the public governance of coal mining subsidence villages is still the main content that needs to be studied at present and in the future.How to manage coal mining subsidence villages well has become an issue that cannot be ignored in the work of " agriculture,rural areas and farmers" of our province,which concerns the vital interests of the people and the overall construction of ecological civilization.It is related to the high-quality development of villages in coal mining subsidence areas.This paper takes S Village,Xiangyuan County,Shanxi Province as an example.In-depth analysis of the current situation and practical effect of public governance of rural revitalization in coal-mining subsidence villages,in-depth study of the actual predicament encountered in the process of village public governance and its causes,based on the experience of relevant cases,targeted at the three dimensions of the village material space,social space,cultural space of public governance suggestions.This study will provide ideas for the decision-making of Party committees and governments,and provide experience and enlightenment for the public governance of rural revitalization in similar villages.
