Research On Cooperative Governance Of Telecom Network Fraud In Zhaoyang District,Zhaotong City

In recent years,with the continuous update of Internet and communications technology,telecom network fraud as a new form of fraud,which seriously affects the level of public security governance in our country,telecom network fraud takes the form of chatting,communications and sending text messages,sfraudling victims through fabricated false information,inducing victims to send money or transfer.Although people’s awareness of fraud prevention is also improving,but the endless means of fraud,so that the telecom network fraud shows more and more people cheated education,cheated more and more large amount,cheated more and more broad characteristics,with the increase of telecom network fraud events,how to govern and prevent has become a big problem that government departments need to solve.In recent years,government departments have repeatedly introduced anti-telecom network fraud propaganda and means,and adopted the means of departmental coordination,whether from the law,bank,departmental coordination,has played a certain role,but the government coordination will inevitably appear inter-departmental coordination difficulty,inconsistent work direction,inter-departmental data sharing and other characteristics.This makes it more necessary for departments to find a consistent point of coordination.In addition,the public also began to use and trust the anti-fraud propaganda and anti-fraud means introduced by government departments in recent years due to their ignorance at the beginning,which shows that the collaborative governance of government departments is effective,but it still needs to be further improved.This paper takes Zhaoyang District of Zhaotong City as a case,uses literature research method,questionnaire method and other methods to conduct in-depth research,lists the main types of telecom network fraud phenomenon in Zhaoyang District of Zhaotong City,and analyzes the characteristics of their behavior,harm,and explains the common mode of collaborative management of telecom network fraud in Zhaoyang District of Zhaotong City and the results obtained.And according to Zhaotong Zhaoyang District telecom network fraud phenomenon conducted a questionnaire survey,finally through the realization of government departments,between the government and related enterprises,inter-regional governments to give the direction of further collaborative governance of telecom network fraud prevention and suggestions,in order to make telecom network fraud phenomenon governance can be further improved.
