| Sudden public health emergencies not only pose great challenges to national and local governments globally,but also pose various difficulties and challenges to various institutions.As an important component of modern universities,vocational colleges have a prominent impact.In response to this,government departments have introduced corresponding management mechanisms,policies and regulations,regulatory systems,and management systems for various local vocational schools.However,due to the relatively hasty introduction and incomplete implementation,some vocational schools do not have strong crisis management awareness,and their management capabilities in the face of crises need to be further improved.The crisis management system needs to be further improved,among other factors,Resulting in vocational schools presenting different forms of problems and management characteristics in the face of sudden public health emergencies.Therefore,it is necessary and urgent to conduct research specifically on crisis management of sudden public health emergencies in vocational schools,which is in line with the current practice of daily management in vocational schools.Continuously exploring more effective crisis management solutions is crucial for improving the crisis management capabilities of local vocational schools.Based on this,this article adopts questionnaire surveys and interviews to conduct a more specific investigation and research on the management of sudden public health incidents among teachers and students of 22 local vocational schools in Shanxi.Firstly,an analysis was conducted on the current situation of emergency management for prevention and control of public health emergencies in vocational schools in Shanxi Province.Secondly,through questionnaire surveys and interviews with teachers and students in vocational schools,it was found that there are problems in emergency management of vocational schools in Shanxi Province,such as chaotic emergency management,disordered organizational systems,and inability to share information in a timely manner.The main reasons for these problems are: incomplete emergency management system,weak crisis management awareness,and difficulties in sharing information resources.Finally,based on the example of crisis management of sudden public health incidents in Shanxi Vocational School,the theories of public governance,collaborative governance,and crisis management are used as the basis for research and analysis.Suggestions are proposed to improve the emergency management system,enhance the management ability of vocational school personnel,and construct information analysis and communication mechanisms to optimize the emergency management of vocational schools.Based on the above analysis,the research conclusion of this article is drawn as follows: firstly,improve the early warning mechanism and emergency response plan,build an effective information management system,promote the formation of linkage and sharing of information among various governance entities,and collaborate to solve problems when they arise.Second,the government and relevant departments should strengthen guidance and supervision,give full play to their own functions and responsibilities,and promote the emergency management of public health emergencies in secondary vocational schools to be more standardized,scientific and efficient from several aspects,namely,strengthening the publicity and education of relevant knowledge,emergency response,investigation and disposal.Thirdly,establish an information dissemination system and provide correct guidance to public opinion. |
