| In recent years,the research on the work input of civil servants has risen,which has attracted the constant attention of scholars.However,the work content of civil servants is single and career promotion is difficult,so the research on the work input of civil servants has become relatively difficult.As implementers of national policies and governance,grass-roots civil servants shoulder the responsibility of implementing government and national policies.The degree of work input of grass-roots civil servants directly affects the implementation of policies and the level of public services.How to improve the work input of civil servants has become the focus of the construction of service-oriented government,civil servants and cadres in the new era.Grass roots government work pressure and organizational identity have an impact on the work input of civil servants,and there is an obvious correlation between these three variables.This thesis takes the grass-roots civil servants in City C as the research object,deeply discusses the relationship between work pressure,public service motivation and work input,explores the regulatory role of public service motivation in it,and more comprehensively explains the causes and consequences of the interaction between the three variables.First of all,this paper analyzes the research significance of the impact of public service motivation and work pressure on work engagement of civil servants.Through the literature review of public service motivation,work pressure and work engagement,the key concepts of variables are defined.This paper establishes a research model of work pressure and public service motivation on work engagement,and gives four research hypotheses:(1)Public service motivation of grass-roots civil servants positively affects their work engagement.(2)The work pressure of grass-roots civil servants has a negative impact on work input.(3)The public service motivation of grass-roots civil servants plays a regulatory role in work pressure and work input.(4)The public service motivation of grass-roots civil servants plays an intermediary role in work pressure and work input.(5)The work pressure of grassroots civil servants has a negative impact on public service motivation.Finally,a questionnaire was designed to conduct regression,adjustment and intermediary analysis using SPSS24.0.Build an AMOS research model to check and revise.Through empirical analysis,the following conclusions are drawn: the work input of grass-roots civil servants is affected by multiple factors;The public service motivation of civil servants has a positive impact on their work input;Public service motivation has moderating effect between work pressure and work involvement;The influencing factors of public service motivation,work pressure and work input are unbalanced.It can be seen that the research assumptions in this thesis have been verified.Finally,based on the above empirical analysis conclusions,this thesis puts forward relevant suggestions to alleviate the work pressure of grass-roots civil servants,enhance their public service motivation,increase their work input,and improve the work ecology of grass-roots civil servants. |
