Study On The Status Quo、problem And Countermeasures Of Urban Community Services For The Aged In Wanzhou District Of Chongqing

With the rapid increase of the elderly population,old-age care has become a very important social problem.China has the largest population in the world.The population aging base is large and the speed is fast,and the situation is very severe.The Party and the government always attach great importance to social old-age work.Under the care of the Party and the government at all levels,old-age care by nursing institution,community service for home care of elderly,embedded old-age care and other way of old-age care have developed rapidly,effectively improving the current situation of old-age care services.However,due to the serious aging of the population,the trend of empty nest and miniaturization of families is increasingly obvious,coupled with the scarcity of old-age care resources,it still cannot meet the needs of old-age care of the whole society.Therefore,it is very urgent and important to make an in-depth study of the current situation of old-age services,scientifically integrate all kinds of old-age services,and promote the deep development of old-age care services.Urban community services for the aged can not only keep the original living environment unchanged,so that the elderly can enjoy the old-age care services of professional institutions,but also make full use of social resources,reduce the cost of personal and social old-age care,reduce the burden of family members,and become a popular way of old-age care.In this context,this thesis chooses Wanzhou District of Chongqing urban community service for the aged as the research topic,and its purpose is to solve the dilemma and difficult problems of urban community services for the aged to provide a useful reference.The population aging rate of Wanzhou District of Chongqing is obviously higher than that of the whole city and the whole country,and it is also the fifth batch of home and community old-age care service reform pilot areas,which has very important typicality and representativeness.Starting from the current situation of community elderly care services in this area,this thesis takes the elderly in urban communities as samples,uses Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,new public service theory,social embedment theory and welfare diversification theory,and combines the methods of literature analysis,interview,questionnaire and case study.In-depth analysis of wanzhou district urban community old-age care service supply,city elderly,the elderly pension status,the urban old-age service demand,combing the existing problems and find the causes of the problem,in learning,on the basis of urban community old-age care service experience at home and abroad,and puts forward the countermeasures of further promoting Wanzhou district in Chongqing urban community old-age care service.Through the research,this thesis found that the urban community elderly care service in Wanzhou District of Chongqing City has single content and low satisfaction.The degree of specialization of urban community elderly service personnel is low and the turnover is large.The fund of urban community old-age care service is short,and the market competition of operation institutions is small;Social volunteer service force participation is insufficient and so on.In view of existing problems,this thesis argues that Wanzhou district of Chongqing should be set up for the "need to have for" urban community old-age care service system,cultivating "expertise" urban community old-age care service team,strengthening the "diversity" of urban community old-age care service operating mechanism,perfect the system of "active participation" volunteer service,to further promote effectively Wanzhou district urban community old-age care service of high quality development.
