A Study On The Supply Of Home Care Service For The Aged In Urban Community Of Tianjin ——Take District H As An Example

In recent years,with the continuous growth of my country’s elderly population,the community’s widespread concern about the supply of community elderly care services.Considering both the national conditions of China and the actual needs of the elderly,compared with the traditional way of providing for the aged at home,Community-based medical care for the elderly can make reasonable use of the community’s current resources,save the cost of providing for the aged,and bring security and belonging to the elderly,it can be said that the community home care service model has become a more realistic choice for the elderly.The Party’s 19 major reports also put forward the development of China’s pension savings new requirements.How to construct the community home care service system with multi-subjects,innovate the community home care service supply mode,and improve the community home care service supply ability is an urgent issue for us to consider.Based on the relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the research ideas and methods of domestic and foreign experts and scholars on the provision of community home care services for the elderly.Taking h district of Tianjin as an example,this paper makes an in-depth study from the aspects of supply status,supply subject,supply mode,supply content and supply effect by means of questionnaire and interview.At the same time,using Maslow’s hierarchy of needs,welfare pluralism,and collaborative governance,it is found that there are some problems in the supply and demand of community old-age service in Tianjin,such as the mismatch between supply and demand,the shortage of facilities,the shortage of professional talents and the shortage of medical integration.The above-mentioned problems are mainly caused by the malposition of government functions,the insufficiency of coordination supply capacity and the lack of funds guarantee.Drawing on the successful experience of the typical urban community home care service for the aged in the world,we can set up a multi-subject cooperative supply system,set up a guarantee mechanism of service supply,and innovate the supply mode,etc,to find a more effective way to improve the supply capacity of old-age service,further improve the supply level of old-age service in urban communities,and constantly improve the satisfaction of old-age service.
