The Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Urban Community Elderly Service In Chengdu

China’s population aging problem has become more and more serious.In order to better cope with this serious aging society problem,the state has promulgated the "13th Five-Year Plan for the Development of the Aged Career and the Pension System",which has successively become Chengdu.Also issued the "13th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Chengdu’s Aged Care Service Industry" and other documents.In this context,community pension services came into being.The research object of this paper is the problem of urban community aged care service.Taking Chengdu as an example,through the field investigation of the elderly care service of urban communities in Chengdu,we find out the shortcomings and analyze the reasons in depth,and put forward corresponding problems based on existing problems and causes.Countermeasures and suggestions provide some reference for the development of the elderly care service in Chengdu.The research methods of the article are mainly divided into the literature research method,the questionnaire survey method and the field interview method,which investigates and studies the living and living of the elderly in the urban community and medical treatment.In the field research,it mainly investigates the needs of the elderly in urban communities and investigates the supply of community aged care services.Then it finds that the development of urban community care services in Chengdu is still not perfect,and there are some shortcomings,such as life care.Incomplete,weak health care services,inadequate construction of old-age service personnel,lack of funds for old-age services,etc.Finally,propose countermeasures based on existing problems,such as improving the content of community care services,increasing the supply of community pension services,and introducing private capital.And increase the publicity of community care services and other measures to achieve the ultimate goal of community care,and further improve the quality of urban community care services in Chengdu.
