With the review and approval of the institutional reform plan to accelerate the optimization of the business environment at the 13 th National People’s Congress,it marks that the government-led construction of a service-oriented government has entered a new stage.Therefore,in terms of real estate registration,the real estate registration agency’s To improve the quality of service and satisfy the public is of great significance for the Chinese government to improve administrative efficiency and implement the goal of optimizing the business environment.In the field of public management,how to improve the service quality satisfaction of public institutions has always been a hot topic,but there are relatively few studies on the service quality satisfaction of real estate registration institutions,so it has great research significance.This paper takes the service quality satisfaction of the real estate registration agency in District B of Chongqing as the research object,the service quality theory and the new public service theory as the research perspective,and scientifically uses the SERVQUAL model to analyze.Through literature analysis,questionnaire survey,field research and other research methods,this paper analyzes the problems and countermeasures of service quality satisfaction of real estate registration agencies in District B of Chongqing.According to the above research steps,the author found that although the real estate registration agency in Chongqing B District has achieved certain achievements in the process of improving the service quality,the following problems still exist: the quality and level of the staff are uneven,and the work efficiency and level satisfaction It is relatively low,the standardization of registration and integrity and self-discipline still need to be improved,and the informatization of real estate registration services and the protection of the rights and interests of the parties are not satisfactory.After analyzing related problems,it is found that the following reasons are caused: the complexity of registration increases the difficulty of registration services,the balance between the management of registration services and services cannot be grasped,the legal awareness of the parties involved in real estate registration is awakened,and the assessment mechanism cannot mobilize real estate registration.The motivation of the staff,etc.By using the SERVQUAL model to analyze each dimension and each index item by item,combined with the service quality theory and the new public service theory,the following preliminary suggestions are put forward: enhancing service awareness,simplifying the registration process,optimizing the network system,improving the security system,and strengthening internal training.,optimization measures to improve the service quality satisfaction of real estate registration agencies in District B of Chongqing in terms of improving the quality of handling and building a precise service mechanism.
