Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,boosting cultural confidence and promoting the development of cultural undertakings and industries,has been taken as very important strategies.As the main position for teenagers to learn and shape culture,many schools have focused on constructing and developing a campus culture that meets the social and people’s expectations.The construction of campus culture has ushered in a new opportunity.Under the background of the country’s comprehensive and in-depth promotion of the strategy of Rural Revitalization,China has been vigorously promoting the balanced development of urban and rural areas.The construction of rural compulsory education schools’ campus culture,has become the top priority in the development of national cultural undertakings.The rural compulsory education schools are the main positions for rural children to receive compulsory education,inspire wisdom,and narrow the gap with urban students in education level.However,due to the relatively weak of supporting funds and teachers,the construction of the compulsory education schools’ campus culture,lags behind that in urban schools.And the educational function of campus culture has not been fully played.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and theoretical value to study the construction of rural compulsory education schools’ campus culture.Explore the ways to improve rural compulsory education schools ’campus culture and put forward more comprehensive and practical suggestions,are very important for improving this type of schools ’operation Standard and consolidating their comprehensive strength.But also,very important for improving the level of rural compulsory education to promote the balanced development of urban and rural education,and promote the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.This paper chooses the construction of a large-scale rural compulsory education school’ campus culture as an empirical case.First of all,it reviews and summarizes the relevant theories and research results on campus culture at home and abroad,combs the results of the existing theoretical research,and summarizes the main contents of the relevant evaluation scales.Providing the theoretical foundation for quantitative analysis for empirical research.After comparing and analyzing the commonly accepted cultural measurement scales at home and abroad,this paper chooses the OCQ scale constructed by Professor Dennison and others as the measurement tool.In combination with the campus culture of the case school under the background of rural revitalization,makes some adjustments to the dimensions and items of the scale,forming 34 structured questions based on the actual situation of the case school.Based on the revised scale,a questionnaire was made to quantitatively evaluate the campus culture of the case school.For the evaluation results,this paper mainly uses spss25 software for statistical analysis to find out the problems of the case school’ campus culture.Finally,combining with the field observation of the case school,it puts forward the ways to improve its campus culture from the material,behavior,system and spirit aspects,as well as the safeguard measures needed to improve its campus culture.In order to provide reference methods and ideas for the improvement of the campus culture of the same type of school.
