Study On Rural Revitalization And Its Realization In Longdong Area Of Gansu Province

The political report of the 19th CPC National Congress put forward the strategy of revitalizing the countryside for the first time,and listed it as one of the seven major strategies that should be firmly implemented in order to win a decisive victory in building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.It is the master and program of action for solving the "three rural issues" in the new era.The essence of rural revitalization is to realize rural modernization.Rural modernization is a system engineering involving every field of rural governance,including economy,politics,culture,education,science and technology,society,ecology,and so on.It is the whole,all-round,systematic and profound process of economic and social change in rural society.Document No.1 of the Central Committee in 2019 emphasized that the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is an inevitable requirement to resolve the contradiction between the growing needs of the people for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development,and is an inevitable requirement to achieve the "two centenary" goals.It is an inevitable requirement to realize the common prosperity of all the people.At present,the most unbalanced development in our country is in the rural areas.According to the Gansu Longdong area,although the local rural development has achieved the stage results,the current situation is not optimistic,the agricultural development quality is poor,the benefit is low,the competitiveness is not high,the farmers' income is not enough,the traditional agricultural production mode still exists,the modern agriculture,the agricultural popularization of science and technology is not enough,the added value of agriculture is low,and there is a large gap between urban and rural areas.At the same time,the sustainable development of agriculture and rural areas in Longdong is also facing challenges from the ecological environment,and the existing management system also restricts the revitalization of the local rural areas to a certain extent.Only by making clear the problems faced by the rural development in Longdong area and grasping the general requirements and objectives of the rural revitalization strategy in Longdong region can the concrete planning be made scientifically.To persist in the development of the agricultural and rural areas,to build the rich,civilized,beautiful,democratic and harmonious rural areas in accordance with the overall requirements of the rural revitalization strategy in the eastern part of the region.In order to implement the strategy of rural revitalization in Longdong area,solve the problems in the development of local agricultural and rural areas and realize the goal of constructing new countryside,it is necessary to plan scientifically,create a new path,and try to find a way to break through in system design and policy innovation.Grasp the key of economic rejuvenation in the rural revitalization of Longdong area,actively develop agricultural scale management,constantly improve the level of science and technology in the agricultural field,and promote and realize the industrialization of agriculture.We should do a good job in ensuring rural rejuvenation in Longdong region,and attach importance to market-oriented construction in local rural areas,financial innovation,rural public services and the cultivation of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".
