Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Enterprise Service In G District Industrial Park Management Committee In Chongqing

Industrial parks are the main platform for China’s industrial economic development and the main support for regional economic and social development.To improve the overall strength of the industrial park,in addition to paying attention to the infrastructure of the hardware environment,we also need to vigorously improve the enterprise service software strength.At present,more and more industrial park governments have realized the importance of enterprise services,and high-quality enterprise services have become an important means to attract high-quality enterprises to settle down and cultivate enterprises to become stronger and larger.The industrial park in G district has always been the main battlefield of industrial production in the region,accounting for more than 85% of the industrial economy in the region.However,the economic development of the industrial park in G district lags behind that of the industrial parks in all districts and counties in Chongqing.The traditional thinking mode of attracting enterprises to settle down through fiscal,tax and land policies is gradually weak.How to make enterprise services become the advantages of the park in attracting investment,and ultimately become the key means to attract high-quality enterprises to settle down,It has become an important issue for the park government to think about.On the basis of defining,reviewing and summarizing relevant concepts,basic theories and research status at home and abroad,this paper investigates the status quo of enterprise services in the industrial park of G district through literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and other ways,reveals and analyzes the problems and causes of enterprise services in the industrial park of G district,draws on the experience of other park enterprises,and combines the reality of the industrial park of G district,This paper probes into the countermeasures for improving the enterprise service of the industrial park in G district.This study draws the following important conclusions:Firstly,the service provided by enterprises in the industrial park of G district is mainly due to the insufficient allocation of service force to the settled enterprises,the low service level to the settled enterprises,the imperfect system and the backward platform construction.Secondly,there are four reasons for the low service quality of enterprises in the industrial park of G district.The most prominent reason is that the service of the settled enterprises is not paid enough attention subjectively,and the park also lacks the ability to cultivate enterprises to become bigger and stronger.In addition,the unreasonable system and mechanism,as well as the insufficient financial resources of the industrial park in G district,restrict the improvement of the service level of enterprises.Thirdly,to improve the service level of enterprises in the industrial park of G district,we need to change our ideas,improve the importance of enterprise service,optimize the level of various links involved in enterprise service,improve relevant systems and mechanisms,and strengthen the support for enterprise services from superiors.
