Study On Optimization Of Management Mode Of Modern Agricultural Industrial Park In H District W City

Since China’s reform and opening up,the level of agricultural production has been slightly slower than that of other industries.With the proposal and development of the rural revitalization strategy,the modern agricultural production mode of the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries has become a new trend of modern agricultural development.Driven by the requirements of the new trend,the modern agricultural industrial park is an effective carrier to cultivate new driving forces for agricultural and rural economic development,promote the revitalization of rural industries and implement agricultural and rural modernization in the new era.At present,the development of modern agricultural industrial parks in China is still at an early stage,lacking in formative experience,corresponding policy and legal support,and the ability to integrate resources.This requires that the development and construction of industrial parks must be managed in combination with the local economic conditions,and it is urgent to systematically study the management mode of modern agricultural industrial parks.This paper attempts to study the management mode of modern agricultural industrial park in H District of W City,analyze the current development status and management mode of modern agricultural industrial park in H District of W City,and make comments on the organization management,production management,operation management and science and technology management of the current management mode.Based on the data obtained from questionnaire survey and interview,this paper analyzes the existing problems in organizational management,production management,operation management and science and technology management of the current management mode,analyzes the causes of the existing problems in the management mode,and puts forward the guidance for the later optimization according to the real needs of business subjects.On this basis,combined with the service-oriented government theory of new public management theory and the experience of mature management mode,the management mode of modern agricultural industrial park in H District of W City is optimized and designed.Through targeted optimization and improvement of organization management,production management,operation management and science and technology management,a new management mode involving multiple subjects is formed.So as to maximize the social and economic benefits of the industrial park and further promote the operation of modern agricultural industrial park in H District,W City.Finally,safeguard measures at different levels,such as policy,system,business philosophy and culture,are adopted to promote the smooth operation of the optimized management mode and continuously promote the high-speed and stable development of modern agricultural industrial Park in H District of W City.
